I just have to give a big shout out to Tony "Anthony" Combs, Alicia the counselor over there, Rachel Overkamp a case manager all over on behavioral health side and also to Zack Whittle & Regina (ma/nurse) from medical side. You people have made such an impact in my life. I maybe can't speak for the whole facility but those individuals were always so welcoming and helpful! Thank you for what you do!

Coming to Muskegon family care was kinda iffy for me at first . But my son happened to get one of the best doctors ever . Dr.Agana is amazing she has been his doctor for about 4 years. She takes her time with him she listens . We see her in the community and she knows who we are . Makes a difference we are not just a number . She always makes sure to do all she can and always makes us feel completely comfortable.

Dr. Marisha Agana, is the sweetest most understanding woman I’ve ever met. She really cares and stands up for the underdog. I can’t say enough about her, we love her and appreciate everything she’s doing for her patients!! 10/10 recommendations!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Agana saved my family.
My 6 yr old son has some mental/ behavioral health issues and life was stressful and exhausting.
Dr Agana listens to my concerns and has got him on proper medications that have greatly improved our quality of life, school, and relationships. I like her so much I tried to get her as my primary too but she only takes children.
If you’re looking a pediatrician who is great with children, genuine, and wants to help in any way to make sure your family is healthy physically and mentally, Dr. Agana is the one. Rating 10 out of 10 ❤

Dr. Agana is the BEST! She’s been my three kids’ pediatrician for the past few years & I don’t think they’ve ever been more comfortable with a doctor. She’s wonderful at explaining things & takes time to answer any questions I have. I hope she sticks around for a LONG time!! Couldn’t have chosen a better doctor for them.

Dr. Agana was very helpful to me. She put me in a state of mind where it was as if she was a mother like figure instead of a pediatrician as she was explaining to me what would be most helpful with my son. She gave me proof with science instead of allowing me to leaning on my own understanding. And she communicated her truth without being rude. She was very helpful, caring, and understanding. Dr.Agana was amazing and the staff and others were understanding and helpful as well.

The pediatrician at family are so incredible oh they do amazing work they are very knowledgeable about caring and Family Care I appreciate them I definitely will give them a five stars because they earned it and deserve it. Thank God for Marisha G Agana, MD, MPH

Dr Agana now sees all three of my children. She is incredibly helpful and makes you feel heard and welcomed as a patient. My daughters love her. My youngest have autism and she is incredibly patient and helpful when it comes to them and their behaviors.I would suggest anyone to bring your kids to see her, you won’t regret it.

We absolutely love Dr. Agana! She’s always listened to my concerns and referred our baby when needed. He’s a completely different baby since bringing him here! We never wait more than 5 minutes and she’s always so quick to get us in and out and it’s painless! Love it!

My children belong to Muskegon Family Care and I love the way they have been treated since day one. Their pediatrician Marisha G. Agana, knew right from the start what they needed to help keep them healthy and moving in the right path. The nurses, pharmacy and all other staff members are always very nice and friendly when we come for appointments. And they don't mind taking the time to answer questions or finding the answer to your questions if they don't know. Thank to everyone at Muskegon Family Care.

Dr. Agana is always pleasant and explains things thoroughly. She makes sure we have an understanding of what was said, and asks if we have any questions for her. She is open to hearing the patient's opinion/voice, which counts for a lot when choosing a Healthcare provider.

Nichole Lamb is my provider that I see at MFC and she is absolutely amazing. My experience here has always been fantastic. She is kind and caring, and always listens to my concerns and finds solutions to any problems I am having. The staff here is also very helpful and kind. I am usually in and out within an hour, and the only time it takes longer is if I have additional questions or concerns. This is the best doctor I have ever had in my life, simply because she truly listens, investigates to find solutions, and truly and honestly cares about me and my life.

Dr. Marisha G. Agana is incredible and knowledgeable in her field. She has supported my son with adequate and effective treatment for him. Not only has she taken great care of my son's health, but also, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a pediatrician that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. She is so kind ,and has a good heart. Now, I will miss her because I need to move out of another state. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Agana, my son is on the spectrum and has been on so many different medications under another doctor but since we have been with Dr. Agana she made it her ultimate goal to get him on the correct medication and now we have a whole new son. I love her spirit and her dedication to her patients

Been taking my daughter here since she was in the womb.
Dr. Aguana, and Cindy are ABSOLUTELY the BEST!
My daughter now 17 is a survivor of human trafficking and now has epilepsy. Between Aguana (physician) and Cindy (mental health) she is has came so far, seizures went from 5 bck to bck (daily) to 0 in just 5 months. I owe these lady the world for the love and above the top care they give.
Wouldn't think of taking her ANYWHERE else. Staff are always nice, the gentleman at the front door always has the best dad jokes, lol...

I truly LOVE AND APPRECIATES the pleasure of meeting the new Pediatrician Marisha G. Agana taking the best care of all 4 of my children. Every time one of them got sick and other problems happened she would fit them in her very long line of sick kids she plans on see the very same day. Her ideas, theory, understanding and very fast an accurate thinking always is right, she would still look at different directions if she did think it could be something else. She always think before she talks and a beautiful spirit and exams rooms are amazing and opens the children attention as a safe haven for them. She's the BEST Pediatrician my children EVER Had. I TRUST and 🎖 an this woman to keep my kids in GREAT HEALTH. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUUUUCCHHHHH.

I accidentally scheduled an appointment here and not with my regular dentist,I still decided to go because of the severe pain I'm in. I'm so happy I did because all of the staff is amazing and treated me well. Dr.Yapa is the best dentist I've seen in a while. I dont understand why they dont have better reviews,it's baffling.

*Edit* Just wanted to add: The front desk receptionist Anita is a Saint! I watched her deal with a very loud and disrespectful patient and she remained so calm and pleasant. I'm always greeted with a huge smile when I see her as well. God bless you Anita! 🙏

Another shout out to Alicia! She's so friendly and shows great compassion. You ladies deserve a pay raise for your professionalism and friendliness alone!

I am writing this review solely on behalf of Pediatric Physician, Marisha Agana, & her alone. Although I have had great interaction with several of the medical team & staff at Muskegon Family Care, at this time I would like to place the spotlight on Dr. Agana.

Dr. Agana has been my children's pediatrician for roughly 8 months now. I have a 3 year old. 18 month old with down syndrome, & a 2 & 1/2 month old. My children saw two other pediatricians prior to her that in my opinion were less than inadequate in tending to my children's healthcare, more specifically, my son who was diagnosed with Trisomy 21 during my pregnancy.

After finally being at my wits end with hoping to find a pediatrician that would actually listen to me & my concerns, Dr. Agana was suggested by another MFC Physician & thought she would be a perfect fit for our family, & she was that & so much more!

I cannot express how truly grateful we are to have crossed paths with Dr. Agana. She has gone above & beyond for our family, & truly has heard my voice as a mother & goes out of her way to advocate for my son, as well as our family as a whole. She is not only a kind & loving individual, but a physician who has genuine passion for her field & care for the well being of her patients.

I would recommend her to any family, & especially to families with children who need a voice; who need to be heard. She has touched the hearts of our big, little family & we plan to stay under her care for as long as we are able to! Without a doubt, we would follow her anywhere! She has an amazing nurse, Brianna, who goes above & beyond, just the same- & is always there to let me vent or run ideas by her. She's extremely helpful, & always willing to listen to what I have to say!

This is what a patient/doctor relationship should look like. They really KNOW our family, & make it a point to take the time to do so rather than us just being another few faces on their schedule.
