I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by the staff at this hospital during the birth of my grandchild. The entire team was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery process. The midwives, in particular, were outstanding in their care and professionalism. Their expertise and dedication made a significant difference during this special time. Overall, the service at Trinity Health hospital was top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of excellent maternity care.

Quality service and great staff, a shout out to Nurse Elizabeth for the kindness and loving care shown to my daughter. The chapel is beautiful and heartwarming. A great place for reflection and prayer.

I was in a very traumatic crash on January 10, 2024. The ambulance driver said this was the best place for the wounds I had. After being here for 5 straight days laid up I can not thank the staff and support I received. From every single person that helped me out from the bottom of my heart I can not thank you enough. I came in wounded not only physically but mentally as I suffered a truly traumatic experience. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Really cool personal from the nurses, nurses aids, dietary, surgeon, support staff.. I can not thank you enough. Highly recommend

I feel truly blessed & appreciate Do Thomas Orthopedic Surgeon. He not only took on my case (different surgeon's/hospital screw up) but made me almost 100% He had to do a complete left shoulder reverse replacement. He is truly a master at his craft!! After living in pain for six years & only able to lift 3lbs. I never thought it could ever be normal. One surgery later, little to zero pain, gained almost full rotation in 11 weeks WoW 👏 Physical therapist's are completely amazing! I will never be able to thank you & your team enough for what you've done for me 🤗🤗🤗❤💚❤

I have always been treated respectfully and professionally. Its obvious the staff work very hard to try to make everyone feel comfortable. I have always had good experiences with Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital.

I've been admitted to this hospital a few times and stayed a few days each time and have always had an excellent experience! It's a very busy hospital, all the time, so if you go to the ER expect to wait and if you're admitted from the ER, expect an even longer wait to actually get to a room. But they do have an Emergency Observation unit, which is kind of a holding area between the ER and being admitted to a floor, which is a slightly less busy and more comfortable area than being in the actual emergency room. Once you're admitted up to a floor you'll be in a beautiful private room and everyone I've interacted with has been excellent! Very fast response times from doctors, nurses and techs! Honestly the fastest discharges I've ever experienced in a hospital and the best experiences I've consistently had in a hospital, anywhere in the country (which is really saying something because I've spent A LOT of time as a patient in many many hospitals across the country!)

My dad fell and we needed to take him into the ER. In one hour and 15 minutes these wonderful people had admitted him, cleaned his wound, gave him a shot and were taking him in for a CT scan.
I’ve been in a lot of ERs and I’ve never seen such speed and kindness. This is a great ER.

My Dad Donald Moyer recently visited the ER. Warming blankets in the lobby. Phone chargers for all phones. Excellent care in the entire ER department. Still took a few hours. But can't say enough everyone was so kind and caring. He was put in a short stay department. Same thing excellent care. I would definitely choose this Hospital.

Very happy with the care received here. The only thing I wish would be improved is for the wonderful staff to have enough help. Seems understaffed often lately.

I received my second life here. When I read reviews, it is filled with mixed experience of others but for me, I regard this place as my second mother. The health care team members here are like my parents and siblings. When it comes to rating St. Joe's Hospital, it is not based on one encounter but more than a year long experience.

Dr. R. Lyons did my open Heart surgery. An excellent surgeon . Shout out to SICU nurses Stephanie, Mia, Rachel and Stepdown unit RN Grace. Without those nurses , my stay would have been longer. Thank You

Amazing nurses and doctors, really everyone!!! A big Thank You to all the nurses on floor 4 room 401(between 7/24-7/29 20023)that made my mom's last days of her life a little easier.

MICU 6th floor has the most fabulous, caring, thorough and consistently trusting nurses!!!! Each person is treated as important as the next. My sister spending quite a few days here. Other than home I couldn't think of a more caring comforting place to be. Kara, Tiffany, Allison and others I'm so terribly sorry I can't remember their names. But every single one that took care of 677 on 06/25/23 - (still here) were absolutely something that will contribute to the great reviews that Trinity Heath receives.

My sister had a baby and he is in the nicu. Over all, every nurse in this nicu has been nothing short of amazing. Very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. One nurse in particular really stands out to me. Her name is Camille. She is on night shift. She isn’t just a great nurse, she’s a nice human being. I wish I could give her 10000 stars. She definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you for taking spectacular care of my Nephew Owen!!

Was in here for over a month. Nurses were super friendly, and surgery went well. Kinda miss it. The view was nice too

Sorry to see so many bad reviews.
I've been to many other hospitals in recent months and St Joe has outperformed the others by far. It's hard to be empathetic when awaiting emergency care yet that is what's needed. We see videos of bad customer care interactions at retail outlets. I can't imagine the level of discontent by patients suffering intense pain or some serious injury/illness.
I have no doubt the staff at St Joe's is doing the best they can. My family appreciates you all so much.

Was in town on business when I started having pain in my chest and was taken by ambulance to St Joe's ER with concern for a heart attack. Turned out I needed my gall bladder removed. All things considered it was a wonderful experience in ER, Surgery, and Recovery. As in all jobs, there were a variety of staff but considering the roughly 30 surgeons, doctors, RNs, PCTs that I had considerable interaction with I would rate them all acceptable to awesome with the average trending much closer to awesome. Thanks for taking such good care of me during my unplanned stay.

Dr.Benjamin S. Lee is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service with his selfless services. Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. He is the Attending Provider in the Emergency who looked after me when I got motor vehicle crash on May 7, 2023 and rushed to Ann Arbor Hospital. And I would like to thank the excellent service of Katelynn Romaker the Registered Nurse who spent her whole shift taking care of me. I really do appreciate your good service you provide me.
