Superior Farm and Garden

First time visiting as I needed some straw for an outdoor cat shelter. The young girl working was so nice and pleasant. Very helpful and she loaded the bale for me. Also got some bird feed and supplies. Will definitely be back!

My dog carries around these giant Lamb Chop toys like they’re her children. She absolutely loves them, but she loves them hard and we go through them relatively frequently. Superior Farm and Garden started ordering them just for us, and has always had at least one in stock ever since!

10/10 would recommend.

Came here for propane fills and got a great deal and full fill (compared to some places that sell tanks at 75% capacity). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable; definitely will come back.

A very beautiful and affordable place to buy natural Christmas trees during the season.

I really prefer their chicken food products over what's available at tsc, and the people running the store are friendly and informed about their products.

So welcoming. I get my guinea pig supplies from here in bulk- and the prices are really incredible! A huge bag of bedding is around $15, and a ten LB bag if piggie feed us probably around 12 (idk actually, but it's on the affordable side for sure). They have a huge selection and are really friendly. P.S. their candles are really amazing!

Cute farm and garden store. Currently has chickens and lots of made in Michigan items as well as horse feed and other pet items. The live wood is partially neat!

The next time I went in and made a purchase she chuckled at me she must have remembered my comment when I was buying squirrel food. This time I was buying Bird seed

Staff are awesome and the selection is a great mix of essentials and fun items. Cut my travel time for chicken feed by 30 minutes! They just started bringing in produce and everything I've gotten there has been fresh and delicious.

These folks are very close to where I live. They are very helpful with pet supplies and their product selection seems to be increasing. They have some random trinkets and vintage/antique items as well as honey, candy and other miscellaneous items. There's bird/chicken/foul, dog, cat, some horse and I think even goat feed? Meal worms and whatnot for supplementing protein in your chicken feed. They have bales of straw at a reasonable price. In the spring/summer they have seedlings/plants for your garden. Before Christmas they have Christmas trees. Before Halloween they have pumpkins for carving (and eating or feeding the animals if you're like me 😅). They seem like salt of the earth folks which I mean as a compliment. Not fake nice retail BS but real people, certainly not grumpy. They also sell live edge wood for woodworking (which is probably cheaper than the live edge wood from a dealer/woodworking shop), so that's an interesting touch. In the spring they had chicks and ducklings, Turkey chicks (I don't know what those are called and don't feel like googling it). I can only assume that they will continue to have them because they were apparently all sold when I was there. So call them and maybe they can pre-order for you? You want chicken. I definitely don't regret the chickens (I didn't get from them but just in general I mean). All around, I'm really liking the kind of place this is becoming. Definitely recommend. The only two suggestions I have are: 1. Keep going, keep doing your thing and evolving and 2. More organic items. They definitely have some, but people will pay for it as long as you're reasonable with your profit margin. I know what something should cost and I'll definitely stick to local if the price is at least in the ballpark. You can make money on it if you can source it. Big ups ladies (and dad?) I'm sure I'll see you very soon.

Whenever I go into Superior, I am always amazed at the products they carry!! Jennifer creates beautiful designs on horseshoes!!! They are always friendly!! So glad we have this store to shop at!!! Love it!!!

Cute store for home decor and pet supplies

Good place, strong location. Of this place sold common groceries like eggs, milk, fruit, etc I think they would make a killing.

I bought my ducks here three years and and I still come here for their feed and other great things. Def recommend getting some of their human products like the hot sauce and soaps.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and competitive pricing. Small but quality selection of dog and cat food. Much easier and quicker to shop local.

Cute shop. Thought about getting some chicken feed but I'd have to get some 🐔. Bought some orange blossom honey lotion instead. Interesting mix of goods!

This place is a lot of fun. They encourage Artistans and craft makers. The inventory is always interesting. Bird, Dog, Chicken and Horse feed

Very unique selection with fair prices, and kind staff. The watermelon ring pops are great; a must try.
