What a great company. Professional from start to finish. They installed carpet on the staircase and upstairs hallway. Ours was not a big project, but they showed as much care as though it were. Three things we most appreciated about Floor Coverings International: their pleasant and helpful business demeanor, their flexibility, and the skill of their installers. Would I recommend them? I already have to friends.

I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. We wanted carpet in our basement and they not only had the best selection of carpet and carpet padding options, but they also had the best customer service. Beth and Adam were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Beth even came out a second time to show us the carpet sample we were considering in a larger size sample. Adam’s team of installers, lead by Kevin, were outstanding! They were so efficient and did amazing quality work. They were in and out of our house in less than 5 hours which included taking out our old carpet and installing the new carpet. They were all such hard workers! Thanks Kevin and crew for all you did, I have so much respect for your craft. Overall, wonderful experience, we wont hesitate to use them again when we are ready to install new carpet upstairs.

Floor Coverings International were great to work with! They were timely, affordable, efficient, and completed quality work. They brought samples right to my home, which made the selection process so simple! They stayed within my budget and had the work done within just a few weeks. I would highly recommend!

Very happy! Was a little worried at first about how tough the flooring would be because it was so thin. But after using it for a month or so I'm very happy it is very durable! And the installers had probably the roughest time because of all the corners but they did excellent work!

We would highly recommend using Floor Coverings International. We hired them to replace the carpet in 2 bedrooms and the stairs. Beth came in and showed us various samples of carpeting and padding. Their installation team, was amazing. They came out torn out the old carpet. Cleaned it up. Installed the new carpet and cleaned it again. They said they would arrive between 8:45 and 9:00 am they were on site by 8:50 and completed the work before noon.

Their entire team is outstanding.

I had a main floor water leak in the middle of the night. Floor Coverings Intl came in and replaced all my carpet downstairs, floors in kitchen and bathroom and tiled side of jet tub. Beth, Christine, Adam with Kevin and his crew do a great job and their attn to detail is incredible. I would recommend them.

Highly recommend Beth & Adam! Beth made a couple different trips out to our house to help us decide on flooring. We are so happy with the finished product in our living room and have decided to do the rest of the house! Our experience with FCI (NE Grand Rapids):

From the moment they stepped into our house, they were professional. This involved being clear about products they had and the various prices those products cost. During the installation process the contractors that came were on time, and extremely fast. Our entire basement floor was done in a few hours and we were using our space that evening. The communication via text made it easy, however, anytime an item of corner was unclear, a phone call was made!

We will be using FCI (NE GR) again for main floor and bedrooms.

We had excellent customer service from Adam and Beth and the entire team. They were very accessible for communication and questions. The carpet quality is amazing. We appreciated that the instal team was so efficient, had excellent attention to detail and we’re very clean. We had just painted all of our walls and trim in the basement where they were installing carpet and the team really took good care of our home. Kevin’s team did amazing work. Beth was awesome to work with and decided both on LVP and Carpet options. We talked about the process and how my home renovations are about to start and developed a multiphase plan. We had a issue with stair nose and Adam worked to find two solutions to best match with existing trim. Great installers and so glad we picked the flooring out in our own home.

Beth and Adam were great to work with. Beth was very helpful in choosing what carpet would look good, got on floor with samples to point out the differences. She communicated through entire process. We had a great experience with the team. The communication from Adam was excellent and we’re very happy with our floors! The number of products available in this market made the flooring selection process stressful until we found this company. FCI only offers high-quality products, tailored to our needs for the space. After a month of moving furniture around and having dogs in the house, we have zero scratches on our LVP, plus it’s very easy to clean. Kody’s individualized approach was extremely helpful! We did not receive this kind of service at any of the other flooring companies we checked out
