Dr.Kellogg was the ONLY Dr. that took the time to figure out and pin point my disorder... I thank him so much for giving myself and my children another chance at a healthy me.. and NOT GIVING UP ON ME!!!

I had a stroke and was a patient at Hackley Hospital. Apparently, the Hospital routinely sent him for a neurological consult. The only way I can describe the visit is that it was a joke. It took a while for me to figure out why he was in my room. His presence made no sense to me and what he said was confusing. He seemed confused. I had a visitor in my room and after the doctor left my visitor asked, "What was that about?" I said I had no idea. The consult was useless and confusing with no explanation or follow up. I was visited by a different neurological practice who was excellent and followed through with service. Then I was charged $520 for, what in my opinion was nothing. My insurance paid Kellog's office, but they kept sending me bills saying they didn't receive anything. I had to call my insurance to confirm this was cared for. The whole experience seemed borderline fraud to me. They were extremely difficult even to get a hold of to try to work this out. I won't even go into those details. Beware.
