I purchased a home 11 years ago and have maintained a policy with this insurance company the entire time. For the most part I have not have had to have many interactions with anyone. Recently, I did not receive a promised call back so I called in to discuss the ball being dropped, in what is a very important matter to me, and I did not receive adequate customer service. I could care less if Mary(the lady who answers the phone) was having a bad day, but I do care that she was rude, and spoke with me in a very harsh, condescending tone, with a total lack of empathy. ******UPDATED 10-06********** Randy has done a superb job following up with me and correcting the misunderstanding.
