Owner went far out of his way to help me out of a bind - opened on a Saturday and drove a couple hours to pick up a part I needed immediately. Top shelf service, would recommend to anyone.

They towed my car from the accident and then we bought a van from them the next day. These are some awesome people right here. Thank you Hal and Kim 😊

Zalesky automotive had posted a vehicle for cheap today and I was interested in looking at it, with cash in hand, and went down to take a test drive. I told Hal Zalesky he was more than welcome to ride with, as I was definitely not expecting him to let me take the car alone. He said as long as I left my drivers license with him than it wouldn’t be necessary for him to ride along with. I checked the oil before I started up the vehicle with Hal standing there next to me, and I headed off to my parents house for my dad to take a look at the car where we checked lights, fluids, etc. from my parents I took the car out and got it up to speed on I80 to see how it handled 75 mph and from there I drove right back to Zalesky automotive. As I pulled back up to their lot Hal stormed out and very rudely informed me that 45 MINUTES (I wasn’t watching the clock, but that’s the time he said) is far too long for a test drive. I live here locally on the north side of town and i am sure that from my house it takes 15 minutes just to get to Walmart on the other side of town. I would not be interested in buying a car that I have not test driven on the interstate? Hal was very unprofessional and demanded he know where I went. When I told him I had checked over the car and taken it out on I80 he became incredibly unprofessional with me. I was very interested in buying the car but I was thrown off by how unprofessional he acted about me being gone for 45 minutes. He insisted that I either buy the car or get off the property. He had a fowl mouth and got really loud with me. I decided by the way he was towards me that I was not interested and he told me that he would not sell a car to me anyways if his life depended on it (his words).
So I’m very curious, is 45 minutes too long for a test drive? And if so, does it condone him losing his temper with a customer?
I rushed off his property and realized I had not gotten back my license. When I went back in, Kim Zalesky at the desk tossed my card at me and refused to say a word to me. I wasn’t worried about putting gas in the vehicle because I had decided I would purchase the car for the asking price, but if the seller sees this post I am more than willing to fill up the tank and I do wish you had mentioned before I took the car that I was not to take 45 minutes. I do not suggest anybody do business at Zalesky automotive because I definitely had a bad experience with Hal and Kim.

Highway robbery!!! Insanely expensive for a simple tow. How they charge that much and still sleep at night I'll never understand. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've heard nothing but bad about this company and how they way overcharge. At this rate they'll run their business into the ground.
