Interventional Spine Medicine

I had a spinal cord stimulator test, and then implantation. Dr. Slezak was extremely good to work with and very professional and competent. Working with representatives of Boston Scientific, everything went extremely well.

Jennifer is excellent. Her attention to detail. Her ability to actually listen to you and not just hear.
I've had a serious back injury. I've seen far too many specialists. Jennifer has been more attentive to addressing my needs than most of those specialists.
If you have a problem Jennifer is the person to see.
Dr Slezak is also excellent!

Going to the doctors is not always a pleasant experience. This one was indeed very different. The staff was wonderful. Empathetic, attentive and very accommodating and experienced. The doctor was assuring and very knowledgeable about my specific condition with a definite plan and steps to fix it! Many thanks for the unusual but great experience.

I see Dr. Slezak and have had great success with him managing my pain and his concern for my health.

Welcoming and friendly receptionist, never much of a wait, different nurses nearly every visit it seems, but they are all friendly and professional. Visit with the doctor went very well.
