I will comment on the quality after i get my products. I ordered some things for my son on Jan 9. They took 66 dollars out of my account that day, I was told it would be a week until my stuff was done. I tried calling on monday Jan 21 to see the status of my order, their voice mail system would not let me leave a message. Tried again on Tue Jan 22, Phone rang and nobody ever picked up. I emailed them on Tuesday as well also. Never heard back from them, so i called on wed the 23rd. Finally someone answered. Told them my order would be shipped the wrestling practice on Thur the 24th. The person that was supposed to pick up the order was not notified by All Star Embroidery and it sounds like my order has not even been started yet. Terrible Service. Do not use these people.

I ordered our team's jerseys a month before needed, and was told by Jody that we would have them done. After weeks of trying to check in (with little to no response from her) to verify that they would be completed, she informed me that they would be completed on the day of our game. On the morning before our game she emailed to inform me that while she was trying to print them the NIGHT BEFORE, and again earlier THAT MORNING she messed up and would not have them completed for our game, and the soonest she could have them was the following Tuesday. The following Monday (the day before they were supposed to be completed the 2nd time) she emailed to inform me that she was cancelling the order, when I called her to discuss she said it was because she didn't want to waist my time or disappoint me, she then continued to hang up on me.

Now I have wasted over a month trying to use her services, and am left no other option to scramble to try to find another printer to complete our order and our team will now be well into our season with no jerseys to wear.

All Star Embroidery was a completely unprofessional and disappointing, I would not recommend their printing services to anybody.
