I was so happy from the minute I walked in the office until I left. The staff is absolutely amazing! The doctor is the sweetest person! I recommend this facility to anyone in the local area!!! They took great care of me and I'll be back for sure!!!

The staff did an excellent, comprehensive exam and cleaning. The tech explained everything as she was doing it. I’ve never had that done before. Dr. Rachel took her time in talking to me about some questions and provided excellent solutions that we were able to act upon at that visit. Would definitely recommend this office!!

The staff and doctor here are great! They are very good at communicating what they are going to be doing today and if it will work with your insurance. As a person that over the years does not like going to the dentist the staff and everybody here at family first dental in Hickman has been great, and I look forward to going and seeing them!

All the staff were very very friendly! They treated my 3 year old as if he were one of their own. The staff & dentist did very well at making me feel comfortable as well as explaining the procedure in layman's terms. 10/10 recommend & will definitely be returning!

Great place and the ladies there are top notch people. We are new to Hickman and my five year old was so scared to have his x-rays done: All the ladies stopped working and helped my son feel so comfortable! He built the nerve up finally after three prior dentist visits other other locations. Top Notch and will keep going there and telling my story !!!

Received an excellent cleaning and got lucky and Dr. Rachel was able to repair two fractured fillings on my front teeth. Now I can smile an eat without worrying about breaking them off. Thanks Doc & thanks to the entire office for making it a fun experience.

We make the trip down to Hickman from Lincoln every time, because we prefer Dr. Tietjen! She is so great with our 3 and 5 year old. They love going to see her! And when we have needed more extensive dental assistance she has proven to have an expansive knowledge base, skill set, and has done a great job of talking us through our options! She has also surrounded her self with a caring and friendly staff that make going to the dentist an all around pleasant experience!

Needed a new dentist when a tooth broke. I lucked into a fantastic office. They explained everything up front..including costs. The dentist was wonderful. Left feeling so much better. Thank you Family First in Hickman!

We were very pleased. Dr. Tietjen was very informative concerning our sons needs for further dental care. She even called the facility we needed to go to, informed them of our sons special dental needs and even made the appointment for us.

This is a dentist practice that serves Hickman and the surrounding area. In the years that I've lived here, they've always done their work with professionalism and respect. Dr. Tietjen and her staff are very well-skilled and enjoy their work. It's not often that you can find a dentist's office that you want to return to. Hickman is certainly blessed to have one.

The best dentist office I've ever seen! They care about children and the way they explain to a child really shows.. Wish I had a dentist like this place has when I was young. Definitely recommend Family 1st!
