NEW DAY Coffee + Smoothies

We live in Omaha and our son had a football game at Norris HS this Sunday. We dropped him off for warm ups and needed some food and coffee. We made the 4 mile drive to New Day and we were super impressed. The coffee was good and the sandwiches hit the spot. To make it even better, we had a great place to stretch our legs and let our kids enjoy fresh air after the longer drive from Omaha. Our one year old gets sick of his car seat and he was able to move around while we enjoyed our coffee and food. We will def come back. Service was warm and welcoming too.

We ordered 2 iced Americano’s 2 croissant sandwiches, parfait yogurt, and donut holes. All were delicious. Beautiful patio. Thank you!

Very good coffee shop. Very nice waitresses. Pretty noisy machines. They could put in noise cancelling carpets and wall tapestries.

EVERYTHING about this place is AMAZING! Everybody is super respectful, and the food service is super quick, and tastes genuinely amazing! I haven't even mentioned the drinks, there are so many options, and all of them are great! The atmosphere is super pleasant and I highly recommend coming here!

Chill place to sit down with a cup of coffee (or smoothie). Staff are always super friendly, which goes a long way. Definitely reccomend stopping by for a drink or a quick bite!

Super friendly comfortable place. Even though I was there prior to regular service time, they still took time to serve me up some delicious pork belly tacos. Everything I've had has been delicious, can't wait for next time.

We were just in town for the weekend and excited to find this local coffee shop. The cappuccinos were on point, and food was also delicious (breakfast burrito and blueberry scones, yum!) We were so impressed that we returned the next day. Thank you!

Great place to eat, drink, and be happy. They have beer and they have Bailey's for your coffee and a very good lunch menu and breakfast menu. The servers are very nice people and the atmosphere is really pleasant and cheerful. Easy parking and easy to locate. Come stop by and enjoy some really nice food you shouldn't regret it.

The best and friendliest service- truly embraces the small town feel and makes you feel so welcome every single time. Plus the pastries, ice cream and cold brew exceed all expectations! 🥰

Margaritas are LEGIT! And food is plentiful and extremely tasty! Really hope this place makes it, places that are this good usually don't for some reason. We'll be going back as much as we can.

Rock star! First time I went in, asked me how I take my coffee. 2 cream, 3 sugar on a large. Have been there multiple times since. Never told them. Always perfect! Incredibly nice and attentive personnel. Customer satisfaction 110%

Updated Review! Still 5 Stars! New format and name change from Sugar Bee to The Bee but same great people. Added Mexican menu items for dinner and ice cream station. Still have coffee and pastries in the AM. Definitely a bright spot for Hickman!

The ladies at Sugar Bees are nothing short of amazing! I had hired them to do our wedding cake (which turned out incredible), and last minute had them pull together the flowers for my ceremony and reception as well. They were a pleasure to work with and will definitely be back in as a regular customer, as they serve great food as well!!

Delicious Mexican dishes, extra friendly service, cute outdoor seating area. Also serves ice cream cones, flavored coffee and bakery items. A quick trip just south of Lincoln. The Bee should be on everyone's list!

This place is wonderful. The woman working as a lot of fun and very friendly. The pastries we had were delicious! Definitely worth the trip.

Nice bike ride from Lincoln. Good stol over for scone or smoothie. Nice outside eating area.
