Working with Jess was absolutely the right decision. She helped guide me through the process which led me directly to the dress I feel absolutely stunning in. Her shop is one of the few who allows children, and it was so important that my people were present for this moment, regardless of age. Lily, at the age of 5, was the one who actually chose the dress for me to try on, not knowing it would trump all the rest. It’s a memory I will have forever, and I’m so grateful.

Jess was attentive and willing to do as much as possible to make this an outstanding experience for me. She explained why the dresses fit the way they did and what fit well for my body type. She was willing to let me pick a few dresses as well as use her expertise to find the dress that was perfect for me. She listened to my budget and didn't pick out dresses that she knew wouldn't fit in my budget. It was definitely an amazing place to say yes to the dress!

Jess helped me find the wedding dress I was looking for, and it was a fabulous experience!!! From her friendly greeting to her getting to know me and my vision to her expertise and giving me the gentle pushes I needed to find the right dress. My time with Jess far exceeded any other bridal appointment experiences I had, not that the others were bad but her expertise and care were exceptional and went above and beyond! I absolutely recommend Jess and Refined Bridal!!

I came into Refined Bridal feeling nervous and worried that I wouldn’t find a dress.
Growing up finding homecoming and prom dresses for me was the worst, it took me forever to find one that I liked enough to buy. This whole experience was different. It was comfortable, easy and so much fun.
Jess right away spent 10 minutes asking me about what I wanted and didn’t want, what my wedding theme, colors and style was and more. It took me only 2 hours to find my dream wedding dress. I couldn’t have had a better experience than the one I had here with Jess!
I will always recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a beautiful and affordable wedding dress!

I bought my wedding dress and veil from Refined Bridal. Jess was awesome. She honed in on what I was looking for and asked me questions to help me narrow down my options. Popped by without an appointment yesterday because the lady at Blush told me to check it out. Jess was so kind to show me around the store and talk to me about the wedding dresses they carry and how their appointments work. I'm still doing my research on bridal dresses, but this will be the first place I visit when I'm ready to try them on. 🤍

Jess was very welcoming and helpful. I booked a Sweet Heart appointment with my mother and mother in law, sisters and sisters in law, and best friend. By the end, I didn't want to get out of my dress!! Price ranges here are very affordable and each dress is hand picked by Jess. I loved the boutique size and style, and everything else about it. You're also given a list of seamstresses for alterations. Would definitely recommend!

Refined Bridal has an amazing selection. I was so surprised to find such a reasonably priced and absolutely beautiful dress. Jess takes the time to find out about you and finds dresses to fit your personality. Jess selected dresses for me to try that perfectly fit my comfort level. I found a dress that I feel confident in. What a pleasant experience! She made my sons fiancé, mom, grandma, and me very comfortable as we made selections and Cassidy tried them on. She knew how to help us narrow the selections based on conversations with Cassidy about her desires. It didn’t take long for Cassidy to say yes to the dress. She picked the second one she tried on! Jess goes above and beyond when helping brides prepare for that special day.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Refined Bridal. First, it was such an amazing and easy drive to get to Hickman, NE. I am from Lincoln and had never visited Hickman before. It’s such a beautiful, quiet, and friendly town. When I got to Refined Bridal I was greeted by Jess. She guided me through the process of dress shopping while also getting to know me. The dress selection at Refined is vast with different styles, colors, sizes, and prices. All of the dresses being affordable without sacrificing quality. I felt very comfortable working with Jess to find my dress. She gave me an extra boost of confidence and reassurance when choosing my dress. I got to take it with me the same day that I bought it and cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. Everything about my experience surpassed my expectations! I truly believe that Jess makes Refined Bridal Co. all that it is and that she is the reason that my experience was so amazing! I cannot wait to return to Refined Bridal and do my finishing touches appointment.

Our experience at Refined Bridal cannot be described with words. Jess was more than awesome. I had a fantastic experience at Refined!! I can easily become overwhelmed and I knew that I was going to need a different experience than that of the typical bridal salon; Jess and Refined delivered. I have no words for this experience. Jess is absolutely amazing at her job. She was truly meant to be a stylist. Going into this day, I had no real idea of what I wanted. Jess was absolutely AMAZING!!! She listened to all my specific needs and pulled dresses to meet that criteria & even came up with possible solutions. Working with Jess was the best experience I could’ve asked for! After leaving another bridal shop without much luck, Jess made the experience simple and special. We had the whole space to ourselves to look through the racks and try on whatever styles I was interested in. Jess also made some great recommendations that I never would’ve thought to try on myself. I was nervous that I wouldn’t find something I love with a limited selection, but there were more options than I realized. Not to mention how cute the boutique is! I would 100% recommend Jess and Refined Bridal to any future brides looking for a beautiful dress on a budget.

I cannot rave about Refined Bridal enough. Jess turned a very awful situation into a great experience. I was one of the many brides affected by Tip Top Tux closing last week. I already paid for a dress and was a week away from getting said dress when the news of the closures hit. It was stressful to learn I didn't have a dress 73 days before my wedding. I called a few bridal shops, but most of their dresses had to be shipped in, and it would be months past my wedding before I'd receive them.
Blush Bridal referred me to their sister store, Refined Bridal. All RB dresses are available to purchase and take home the day of your appointment.
I was skeptical I'd find another dress I liked as much as the one I already purchased. I emailed Jess to show her what I had picked. Jess contacted Allure (my original dress designer) and stores across the country to see if she could get that same dress shipped to her store. Unfortunately, that route was unsuccessful. Jess explored Blush Bridal and found dresses that looked similar to the one I had already chosen. Additionally, I was able to pick out dresses from RB. There were so many options available and in so many sizes. With Jess's keen eye and my exploration, I found 12 dresses I liked enough to try on. I went from being completely stressed out and cynical to being hopeful.
I spent a lot of time trying on dresses and choosing what I liked or didn't like about each of them. I ended up trying on 8 dresses, and a few of them I tried on multiple times. Jess was very attentive to all my needs and wants for the dress I invisioned. I was never rushed, which stood out to the other two places I'd tried dress at and who rushed me through my appointment. Jess was beyond patient and extremely helpful. I found my dress at Refined Bridal after a 2.5 hour appointment. Jess even talked me into a veil and helped facilitate my purchase of the veil I wanted from Blush Bridal.
I wouldn't have dreamed of a better experience than the one I had at Refined Bridal with Jess. The only thing I would have changed about the whole ordeal is that I wish I would have shopped at Refined Bridal from the start. I'm beyond grateful to have found my new dream dress and it's all thanks to Jess.
