An overall great experience everyone is very nice and professional. My questions were answered quickly, and allowed me to understand what could be going on. I was scheduled for follow up appointments very quickly and my procedure was extremely professional and made as comfortable as possible. Dr Mirazita kept me informed of every move and ensured I was not surprised by anything that was happening.

Dr. Mizaita, takes the time to not only examine you completely but he also listens to what you say, what your experiencing. how much pain your in. He works hard to ease your discomfort, make you feel your important, and takes the time and effort to make you feel comfortable about the care and treatment he is giving you. Dr. Mirazita, takes profession seriously in trying to bring peace of not only to the body but your mind also. He takes each patient as a challenge to help over the difficulties they are having and bring relief from as much of the pain as possible. Dr. Mirazita has been my Pain Solution doctor since he came to the Maple Street OPA/ Pain Solution quite a few years ago in Gilford, NH.

I have not had a bad experience at Pain Solutions. All the staff has been kind, supportive, professional, compassionate and accommodating. My treatments have been clearly explained and I’ve had great success. Nothing could be better than that. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for relief from pain.

Very good communications with front office and billing, as my insurance had recently changed. Regarding the entire experience of getting the epidural cortisone injections: it all was handled very professionally.

Dr Suchdev was so nice. He explained the process and when he injected cortisone in my spine, he made the area so numb that I didn’t feel a thing. It was surprisingly an easy procedure and it was all due to Dr Suchdev

While the Medical Director, Dr. Mirazita, and the Head Nurse, Thomas, are terrific, the LPN or whatever she is, who I see most times is not. Very difficult to deal with. And I agree with the other reviewer here. I have had the same difficulty with payment being recorded. I gave them a check for $300 and know it is more than I owed at the time, yet I have been referred to a collection agency for the first time in my life! When I called, they have "no record of my payment" although when I go to the office MONTHLY, it shows on THEIR computer I have paid! As my Dad would say, "There's a loose screw behind the wheel."

Phone service hangs up on you. Can't even speak with a real person...

If you don’t get there exactly 15 minutes before apparently they won’t see you. Which was not clarified on the phone as well as
in their text message. I've been coming here for over a year and never once I was told to come in 15 minutes before. On top of it, I was 6 minutes late and they refused to see me. Yet I've been in a room waiting for the doctor to come in way more than 6 minutes. One time I waited 23 minutes. Very poor client care. It's quite disheartening! They are very lucky there isn't really any doctor's in the vicinity.
