My husband and I were both evaluated at the sleep center. He uses a bipap and I use a cpap. I have been a patient for 7 years with them and have never had an issue. My husband has been a patient for 4 years and he too has had no issues. We meet once a year with Eileen Oliver who is wonderful to deal with and the staff at the front desk are great also. Due to facial hair my husband had a terrible time with leaking issues and they worked with him to find the right mask for him. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Rush is incredibly good at what she does. She identified a number of issues that I did not even think to mention. She's very methodical and takes care of things quickly. Need pre-authorization? She's on top of it. Need a sleep study? This is the place to go.

The Doctor was a great listener.. something alot of Doctors aren't.
She agreed with me which was nice. She took alot of time with me and answered all my questions!!

Husband waited 5 months for an appointment but they never called. Now he has to wait another 3 months for the rescheduled appointment!

After receiving a notice in the mail that I was past due on having my c pap checked. I made an appointment. I checked in today and instead of meeting with the doctor I met with a nurse practicioner who came in with the wrong patient folder and began by telling me how it had only been 2 years since my last visit....after a brief discussion and my birthday and address low and behold she had to hunt down my folder. I clearly explained how much my c pap ment to me and how there's no sleep without it. She explained that my SD card was unreadable and would program another for me. Well she screwed it up and now I'm up all night waiting for someone to get in so they and unscrew the NPs work. The care and attention to detail from this practice is common to Lakes Region General Hospital facilities , AKA Lakes Region Butcher Shop. I implore anyone reading this review to go anywhere else! Nurse Practitioners ARE NOT DOCTORS! I will be finding a new sleep apnoea doctor, one that does they're own work and doesn't settle for ALMOST as good to see they're patients!

I'll tell ya, I'm not typically the person that posts negative reviews, however I find myself so frustrated that I have to share my experience. I will say right out of the gate, it can't be easy dealing with patients that are suffering with sleep deprivation to begin with as we're typically short fused to begin with and will also say that when I visit the office, everyone is very pleasant and a genuine empathy to my plight and eagerness to help me succeed.....now where this office falls short is after I leave.....when I first started the C-pap therapy, I was told that it would be a very difficult process, firstly getting familiar with having an apparatus on my face and secondly getting the machine settings dialed in if you will to the optimal conditions that would make the treatment tolerable enough to get a healthy full night of sleep, and that it would be a process of me communicating to the office if I was having difficulty and felt I needed a setting change or I could make an appointment with a tech, well I made an appointment, went in, spent a good part of an hour with a tech, trying various settings until we found a setting I felt comfortable with, I was told the new setting would be communicated with Doctor and the Doc would make the setting change, in a nut shell it a few days before the Dr even made the change but worse, the changes the Dr made WERE NOT THE OPTIMAL SETTINGS THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO BE ADJUSTED, all I can assume is that the tech, although a nice person, is lousy at taking notes and or communicating with the doctor what she discovered during our over an hour session and then it took several more days before the settings were changed again and when they changed again, the settings were still wrong and put the pressure back down to the setting that didn't work before I met with the tech......still can't use the machine...I've called several times and left messages, NO CALL BACK from the tech...I called in today and spoke to receptionist, she said the tech got my message and had the settings changed yesterday on machine, they weren't, I get home today from work, still no changes and still have not got call back from tech....well now it's Friday afternoon, they're closed and Dr Hatten isn't back to make changes until next Tuesday so here we freaking go again, it's been several days now and will be several more days before changes will be made.....mean while folks I CAN'T USE MY MACHINE and when they finally make the changes next week, will probably be wrong like they were the last time it took a week to make settings changes....that were the wrong changes to settings. This treatment is hard enough to overcome under the best treatment never mind like this......
