Jacki is absolute amazing to work with. She will 100% have your back when it comes down to insurance and providing a plan that works for you. It can be a confusing process especially after having to fill a claim and appeals, but she is so knowledgeable and kind. Now that my issue has been resolved, I will miss our chats! I felt she was on my side, and we were working toward the same goal. I am entirely satisfied with the outcome and can truly say, Jacki is the best!
