This is a top-notch shop. Matt and Thomas are great guys to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Great selection great prices can’t say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommend and will definitely be a stop I make every time I come through town.

I was passing through Sydney when I stopped at this gun store. Was not expecting a good selection and was expecting to see insanely overpriced items.

However, what I found was an extremely knowledgeable staff, a great selection of guns and ammunition, and fair prices. Highly recommend this store!

Great customer service and competitive pricing! Informative and friendly telephone experience. I was told that I would receive an email the same day in reference to my question and they followed up as promised. I will continue to do my online business with these folks. The shipping fee was included with the item I purchased and that was a deciding factor with my choice.

Stopped in for the first time last week after my wife's friend saw me looking for guns at the big store and mentioned that he thought I was smarter than that. He then directed us to Highby's. I left the big store and called Highby's and right away I was lost in a wave of actual customer service at a gun store. For those unaware, this is called a unicorn due to the fact that it never happens.
We grabbed Google and had her navigate me to the store and there we met Thomas who stood patiently waiting while I asked tons of questions about several guns at once. I have a poor memory so several questions he answered multiple times. I was so impressed that instead of deciding on the one I liked more, I just bought them both along with a holosun optic. He installed the optic right in the store before we left. Total price was also about $250 less than if I'd gone with any other shop.
I'll definitely be back. I think Highby's is my new local store even though I live 40 miles north of them. Thanks for the service Thomas, you earned a new customer that day. I'll definitely be back very soon.
