Charlie's Olde Tyme Creamery

We've been coming here for 5 years now. The ice cream is always good, and Charlie is very personable.

It's a great location. Not far from Peterborough, so it a snap to shoot down, grab a cone and head back home.

He also has pulled pork and smoked ribs that smell great.

Always a great experience here! The ice cream is delicious, and reasonably priced!

Good place to stop for a Lobster Roll, $21. Nice selection of ice cream, as well. Friendly.

Half kahlua fudge and half mint oreo. Staff was friendly and the ice cream was great would definitely recommend!

My friend at work had said once that this place had great ice cream. Tonight my husband and I finally had a chance to try it for the first time .Best ice cream we both had in a long time. I guess she was right. I will definitely be going back again. Oh and they were so nice. 🙂

Possibly the best ice cream we have ever had. I take my mom for rides with the destination always includes an ice cream stop. Have done many on the channel 4 list of 16. This stop was better than all of them. As a bonus, Charlie's has a different prepared food daily. The customer in front of me had come specially for pulled pork.

Best ice cream place ever! The owner is so friendly and the ice cream is the creamiest, yummest delightful ice cream I have ever had. I am a huge ice cream fan, used to make my own too, and this by far is the best. Thank you Charlie for such top notch, delicous food and always with a friendly smile and conversation.

Great ice cream and yummy food. The new food stand is cash only, and the burgers are worth the wait!

I've only tried the soft serve cones, first I got a small which wasn't small at all, it was pretty big, then I returned and tried for a kiddie size which was still pretty big. Prices are reasonable. I plan to go back and try the food! I'm sure it will be just as delicious and filling as the ice cream. I can't wait!

Cute place. Nice ice cream! And pulled pork (not kidding). Sun was raging hot so find some shade. Nice peaceful location and some antique cars to see, too.

We always stop here on the way home from our annual hiking trip with the family. Nice outdoor seating area with tables and Adirondack chairs and friendly staff. Good size portions with quality ice cream!

First rate and delicious, even the maraschino cherry on top of the hot fudge sundae was the best I've ever had. We also got a smoothie and 3 different ice cream flavor s and all were very good🤩

All of the food I've tried here is fantastic! Plenty of seating. Not a lot of shade and on a busy street, but really nice if you're looking for good ice cream and a nice breeze. Good for bringing friends, too!

We have had a long-standing tradition of going to Kimball's after our annual Monadnock hike, but today we found Charlie's....and we aren't looking back! Charlie (?) was friendly and provided fun banter while he scooped us some delicious, locally-sourced ice cream in generous-but-not-overwhelming servings. The peach was exceptional, and drew three of us in, but the coffee Oreo and pumpkin were also delicious!!! Can't wait to come back next year, and we'll try some pulled pork then, too.

I have been visiting Peterborough many times throughout my life & this is my first time visiting this place outside of the depot. It easy accessable and plenty of seatings & bathroom & plenty of parking. Homemade hard icecream to soft-serve icecream. Offered pulled pork & hotdogs etc. I was there with my father for icecream. Very 😋. Nice seeing more places outside the depot of Peterborough NH.

This was the best ice cream I have ever had! It was so creamy! After having it for the first time, my husband and I couldn’t stop talking about it and so we are writing this review. Seriously the very best.

My first ice cream of the year did not disappoint. I had locally made coffee and my boyfriend had their peanut butter cup...both were delicious. I highly recommend this place!!!!
