Good sized slices for the price. 2 Slices and a Regular Sized Drink Combo Meal was $10 and change. Very good NY Style Pizza.

Joshua, the manager is literally the nicest person in the world. He touched my heart with his kindness. I never knew just refilling my cup and asking me what kind of pizza I want will make me feel this good. Never met anyone that touched me deeply less than 3minutes. God bless him so much.

Pretty good selection of pizza and with a full working menu board unlike the rundown looking version of a store in Manchester. You can usually find a wide selection of food readily available to order and the staff are pretty easy going.

I work in the mall and wanted to grab pizza for my store and they told me their deals and offered to deliever! It was amazing and kind service. The pizza from here has been really great the past few times too.

Drew gave amazing customer service with me overall nice guy to talk to while getting me my food. Such a friendly dude. Come to sbarro at pheasant lane and drew will take care of you.

Guy at the counter was awesome. Saw the rotary on my hat and we ended up talking about rx7s. Card reader wasn't working so ended up with some free lunch. That is guys just made my day

The guys working there are SO nice, the food is excellent, and so reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this place!

The food was good, but the staff weren't really attentive to people and their needs. I waited for 20 minutes and they didn't call out my order and then I had to wait an extra 10 minutes because they didn't give us any plates to eat on.

I was waiting in line to order pizza and the person in front of me wanted 2 bread sticks. They only had 1 already made and said sorry we do not have 2 done. She said she would be willing to wait and they told her they had to many orders, to make her the bread sticks. Now at this time they had a mostly pull "display" of pizzas, strombolis that had been reheated a few times (based on how dark they are) and 1 pizza in both ovens (1 worker opened both ovens to check if any bread sticks in them). The way they acted like they are SO busy and couldn't make this person bread sticks made my decision to leave and get food from 1 of the other 6 places a much easier choice. It is to bad because I was craving pizza.

Thanks for robbing me. Me and my family were so hungry and when my two large pizzas came they weren’t cooked all the way!!!! Should’ve just charged me half price for half cooked pizza. I literally had to put it in my own oven to get it fully cooked. We Will never order from this place again. I rather eat Little Ceasers 🤢

When placing phone orders please instruct your employees how to properly answer the phone!! Shouldn’t sound like I’m calling someone house, I’m calling a restaurant. “Sbarro’s how can I help you” vs “hello” please make this improvement amongst your staff.

Just paid over $40 for 2 pizza’s that I had to cook myself in order to eat it. The dough was so under cooked it tasted raw.

Went here on Oct 1, 2023 at 4pm and got food poisoning from the macoroni and cheese.

I literally sat and waited for twenty minutes for one slice of cheese pizza. Instead of making the cheese pizza they made a pepperoni pizza. Bad service, very understaffed

waited for 20 minutes for 2 slices and no one spoke English, food was disgusting and overall worst place to eat at!
