The equipment works well and the staff has always been very helpful. The only problem is they are always closing early because the store does not have enough staff. Therefore, you should call ahead of any planned visit to make sure they will be open.

Hands down I will be utilizing this location again. I was in a pinch and also in a rush. I am a Realtor and I also work at the Italian Restaurant in the same plaza as the FedEx print location. I called and asked if I could email him some pdfs and give me my payment information over the phone. I literally had my order placed in less then 2 minutes. I’m not kidding. I had to be to work at 4:30 and I called at 4:28. Not only did Nick the manager take my order and completed it but he was also so kind to walk it over to the restaurant after he closed the store at 6. Now that’s amazing customer service! My open house flyers looked fantastic and I was so happy that it all worked out on such short notice. I’ll be using this location for all my printing needs. Thank you!!!

Had to deliver a package to work using their account number & couldn’t get a label printed online. Called the Corporate customer service who sent me to Tech Support, ugh. But then, I called the Salem location & got Amy who was the nicest! She explained what I needed, and suggested I call and ask for her when I arrived. She brought a label to the curbside pickup spot, helped me fill it out, and carried the box back inside. BTW, it arrived at its destination early. Thanks, Amy & FedEx!

Consistently the most helpful customer service you will find. Such nice people. Truly, you cannot fake that kind of nice. I love doing business here. Props to FedEx management for making my experience so pleasant every time. It doesn't matter if I'm having a bad day or if I come in without a smile, the staff is so nice I can't help but leave with a smile. Great job!

OPEN SUNDAY! If you drive by you would never realize this place is open on Sunday and might head to Staples instead. Yes indeed they are open Sunday maybe they need a more inviting way to get business through the door.

I've been in and out of this Fedex Office a few times in the last month to drop off packages and get some large-scale printing done. Every time, I am blown away by their amazing customer service. Everyone that works there is so nice, eager to help, and makes whatever you're doing seem like the easiest task in the world. Highly recommend this location for your package, printing, office needs!

Had to go pick up a package that I had them hold instead of getting sent to my home address. It was a quick and easy experience, I was in-and-out within 2 minutes no complaints good customer service

I tried staples to have prints made of my art, and they came out terrible and wildly expensive. Got a quote from a local print shop, and it was going to be $700. Went to FedEx, and they had my prints done within a few hours. They look great, and it only cost me a bit over $100. They were super friendly and helpful, too. Thanks, guys!!

Of all the Fedex locations I have worked with across the US, this is the best location I have ever used. The employees were so pleasant and nice and they completed my large print order in an hour.

Can't complain. I have a corporate account and have never had an issue with any Fedex location. Maybe because my company sinks 300k a year in shipping through FedEx .... As far as customer service - keep in mind that customer service 10 years ago in different from now - Now there hardly is any anywhere in any business - Customer service was the old american way of taking care of of the customer like a member of your family. If you are looking for that, goto a FedEx mom and pop shop and I guarantee they will greet you with coffee. But if you ship and dont know how to --dont complain about the lack of support - GOOGLE IT and YOUTUBE IT and save yourself the hassle and time asking.
