Candlewood Pediatrics

Today was my first visit with Dr. shkolnaya and I was beyond impressed. I had a hard time at the hospital with my son being able to latch properly and saw 5 different lactation consultants none of which were any help. In 5 seconds she got my son to latch and it wasn’t painful. It brought me to tears and then she let me stay in the room to breastfeed my baby for the first time. I’m so grateful and so happy that my son has such an amazing doctor. She also answered my huge list of questions and she has a wonderful bedside manner and personality.

The most knowledgeable, understanding and nonjudgmental pediatrician any parent could hope for! Dr. Shkolnaya has been caring for our four children for their entire lives, starting 13 years ago. We are so grateful to have found a physician that genuinely cares for our kids, and really knows her field.

The best. The girls are so kind and Dr.S always takes the best care of my son. I always know he is in good hands. So thankful so have them!

Rude and disorganized. They refused to treat my son bc we have BCBS omnia as well as NJ health. But never told me they’d made that decision until I called back 2 weeks later after I was told “you’ll get a call back” (which I was told again until I insisted on speaking to the office manager.

If you’re gonna ghost someone bc they have 2 forms of insurance have the decency to tell them and stop wasting people’s time.

They will kick you out of their practice if you miss an appointment… the woman at the front desk is just plain rude ! Do not recommend
