“OH, MY GOSH!!” We stopped in here, on our way to SC, from Upstate NY. I got the Chicken&Farro Soup, a Chicken Cesar Salad, and a Strawberry Lemonade and it was ALL, GOOD TO THE LAST DROP and BITE!!! SO GOOD!! THANK YOU for a better alternative to Popeye’s Chicken and the Shake Shack! Yes, it was a little more expensive and there could’ve been a little more soup in the cup but, it was SO GOOD! THANK YOU!

So many good things to manger. I love mangering here. Unlike comedian James Acaster who likes to manger the yogurts and free bananas, I love to manger the Crunchy Chipotle Chicken & Avo Wrap.

Tried it because we try to eat as healthy as possible when on a long trip, but hate taking too long. What a quick and delicious option! I had half an egg salad sandwich. Fresh, crispy French bread with avocado. They scooped out the inside of the baguette which enhanced the balance between bread and filling. My husband had a turkey bacon sandwich on whole grain bread. Both were tasty and fresh. So much better than a hamburger or fried food. This is the best rest area food we've ever had!

OMG, this is the best coffee the best food ever just between us IT’S BETTER THAN STARBUCKS. I’m asking the corporate please open new locations in Florida and I promise you I will never go back Starbucks again and by the way the prices way cheaper than Starbucks, just saying.

Friendliest service I have received for a rest stop. High prices but happy to have a healthier option for on the road

I tried this place out today. Went with the egg salad sandwich. This has got to be the most bland sandwich I've ever had. You couldn't really taste anything in it. Definitely overpriced too.

Have downgraded to 2 stars (from 5).
The reason is that their espresso tastes now like a regular coffee and not even a strong one. Waste of money ($4,20 for a triple). I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the espresso machine or an issue with the barista but this is not the first time. Definitely my last visit. I may brew stronger coffee in my truck

I was hungry and got a hot Parmesan chicken wrap, another wrap Chipotle chicken and avocado, a plain croissant and a double espresso. Almost $25 🤷🏻‍♂
Wraps were not that great. I would appreciate more chicken, the Chipotle wrap was full of avocado but very skimpy on chicken. They got 4 stars cause my croissant and espresso were great. Also Karina (the girl at the counter) was very nice and friendly. Next time I would stay away from their wraps but the espresso with a warm and freshly baked croissant is a must ☕🥐 👍🏻👍🏻

Club Pret Members can drive past this location because they don’t honor their own program. As it was explained to me by the very nice counter person, “We are not Pret”. REALLY??? LOL……

just had a horrible experience here. the grapefruit juice was spoiled it was rancid. the egg salad was super salty like someone poured a ton of salt on it. the tuna salad sandwich was very dry like it was old. very disappointed I spent $70 on 3 sandwiches, 3 juices and 2 cookies and threw most of it away because it was so nasty. the server was also super slow and rude. I stood in line for 10 minutes while she made someone 1 coffee. I wish I could get a refund for my horrible experience and assault on my taste buds 😔 even more disappointing because I am used to the high quality from this chain in the other stores I have visited in NYC & London so I expected high quality product and experience.

They had a few hot and cold food choices on the shelves, grabbed some food. Then I went to counter to ask for cappuccino. I waited for two hot chicks in front of me, young good looking cashier was so nice and friendly with them. Then I asked for a cappuccino and I was gonna ask some more food items from behind the counter. He said he can not make cappuccino right now, totally unfriendly with me compared to two hot chicks. Then I said ok, put back what I picked up from the shelf and went to Dunkin’ Donuts.
At the Dunkin’ Donuts their cappuccino machine also didn’t work, but at least their staff was friendly, so I purchased some food and get a regular coffee and left.
I am a truck driver now but worked 20 years at top casinos as a dealer. I know the difference between good customer service and bad one.

Bitterest green tea I ever had! Put 6 bags of sugar already. Asked for sugar syrup and they said they didn’t have it.
