I had the first of 3 vein ablation procedures this past week. It was easier than I anticipated, virtually no pain during or after. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how good my leg felt after just one day. I told Dr Saymeh that it actually felt like I had a new leg, with the exception of around the knee cap, which is due to arthritis. I’m so impressed with Alliance orthopedics & physical therapy overall. This group has caring physicians & therapists who take the time to explain things fully and answer questions. In the 5 weeks that I’ve been going here I feel that my needs are being addressed, my pain has diminished, & most importantly, an issue with my veins & blood flow, that I didn’t even know existed, is been treated. I’m looking forward to the next vein ablation & getting closer to being pain free!

Dr Saymeh and team helped with relieving back issues by suggesting orthotics for my shoes. It has definitely helped with my chronic back issues. Very thorough and make sure everything is comfortable and functions properly.

Recently had minimally invasive bunion surgery. So happy with my results. I have healing very well and have minimal scaring. Dr. Saymeh answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable.

Dr Saymeh is an excellent physician correcting circulation issues with both of my legs and Neuroma on both feet. I highly recommend Der. Saymeh and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Saymeh was amazing. I hurt my toe really badly and was told from urgent care that it was fractured. Dr. Saymeh had X-rays redone to check the “fracture” he immediately could see it was not fractured, however he helped with my bone bruise. I had a follow up appointment with him and he noticed I have flat feet which I was never aware of. I will be following up to receive inserts for my sneakers and also update to prevent another possible surgical procedure. I love the fact he was very informative and did not misdiagnose me.

I saw Dr Saymeh for instability in my ankle. After thorough discussion he determined I would benefit from custom orthopedic inserts. When they arrived he reviewed everything I needed to know to use them successfully and allow a break in period. It's only been 2 weeks but I can see a difference all ready. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Of my first visit my foot was swollen 3 times the normal size. Black and blue in color I had no mobility ! I was in a lot of pain ! He took X-rays Thank God

Of light exercises for my ankle and foot along with
Massage to move the fluid and taping. Here I am
Discharged 6 weeks ! Ankle looks great ! Feels great!

Dr Saymeh has been treating myself, as well as both of my children (ages 11 and 9). Each time we have seen him, we have been met with nothing less than exceptional kindness and compassion. He is extremely knowledgeable, and somehow balances his knowledge with superb bedside manner!

Dr Saymeh by far is the best foot doctor/surgeon! I had a bunion removed in December . Dr Saymeh and his team were incredible. He puts his whole heart into his job explaining everything he is doing and has a great bedside manner to put your worries at rest. Elena his assistant took care of all the paperwork along with making sure I had everything in order. Outside of alittle swelling I have zero pain and my foot is like new! Would not hesitate to go to him for all my foot issues! He truly is the best!!!

Dr. Saymeh was the second doctor I saw for my ankle injury and he was very thorough at our first appointment! Eventually together we decided that surgery was the best course to repair the damage to my ankle. I was reluctant but Dr. Saymeh reassured me that I'd feel better after and be able to get back to running and working out afterwards! Well 2 months after surgery, with lots of PT and work, I was able to run again! I am pain free and the surgery was a success! I am extremely happy with the results and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Saymeh and his team to anyone with foot or ankle issues. Thank you for all you've done. I'm forever grateful!

Dr. Saymeh is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend anyone with foot issues from low to high pain Dr Saymeh is the best . I had surgery 4 days ago and I’m feeling so much better and my foot looks amazing. Being a letter carrier walking miles n miles a day my feet were in so much pain . Dr. Saymeh is one of the most experienced and excellent doctors I have ever met. He performed a bunionectomy on my foot, I was in so much pain. He took a look at it and to much of my surprise I saw my foot after the surgery and it looked amazing. Thank you to Dr. Saymeh and his team for helping me get back on my feet. I will definitely consider Dr. Saymeh for foot and ankle care.

I underwent a complex foot surgery involving multiple procedures with Dr. Saymeh and it was a complete success. In addition to the expertise of Dr S. and his staff, I sincerely appreciate their attentiveness to all of my concerns and their commitment to educating me on all aspects of my surgery. Their follow-up efforts were very consistent as well. I had a great experience and I highly recommend the services of Dr Saymeh.

What could I say about Dr saymeh? Let’s start with he’s very patient and knowledgeable, not to mention stylish! Seriously, I went to him because I was recently diagnosed with RA and my ankles were in constant pain. Dr Saymeh prescribed orthotics and said, “Let’s see if this helps”. I haven’t had ankle pain since I started wearing them.
He is the best!

The services that my son has received from Dr. Saymeh are excellent! Dr.Saymeh is attentive, calm, knowledgeable, observant, skillful, and very reassuring when needed. He took the time to explain things and answer all questions not only those my son had who is the patient but also my own. We have had a wonderful experience. The medical office is wonderful and warm from Ashley at the front who is so sweet and very helpful to the amazing and very skillful medical assistant Elena!

At first i was skeptical about Dr Saymeh “only cause i never met him and his age” lol. But after talking with him and going over my problem with him, he made me very comfortable and confident with him. Well it’s a few months since my surgery and i feel great!! As for Elena his assistant, she is without a doubt the best assistant any patient could hope for! She went above and beyond to help me with scheduling my appointments all the way to my surgery and beyond. I can go on and on about them both. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all you podiatry needs!! Dr. Ammar Saymeh was outstanding, He was recommended to me by my other doctor for a persistent and long term ankle and achilles tendon injury, Dr. Ammar Saymeh, took his time to explain everything to me in detail, he explained all my options, After being in agony for a year Dr. Ammar had me up and walking (without surgery) in a month. He is amazing and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs a orthopedic. Also his staff has to be the most professional most helpful and most friendly people I ever dealt with in a doctors office. I will never go to any other orthopedic doctor again,
