Gloria Jean's Coffees New Brunswick

A wonderful coffee shop. I had the iced chai latte with soy milk and it was good! I wish there was slightly less milk in it because it seemed to drown out the chai taste. The red velvet loaf was also very good. There seemed to be a ton of other pastry and dessert options here that I would have loved to try. Also I saw that they have breakfast sandwiches on the menu.

Friendly atmosphere, great social distancing, excellent food! Will definitely become a regular customer now that I'm going to Rutgers. Their drinks and food was fantastic!! The employees were so warm and friendly too!! Loved it, 10/0 :))

Smooth but kicking!! You must try the chillers. All the baristas are great but I’m particular to anyone who smiles brightly while working inside on a Saturday

We are from NH and we were visiting family in the area. In NH the Gloria Jeans is an hour away. We missed their coffee and found this place. The service was wonderful, the people were friendly and kind. The place was clean and tidy. Thank you for an amazing experience and wonderful coffee❤

Way better than Starbucks.... Price is the same. Food is better. Hot Chocolate is way better. Don't drink coffee so I couldn't say if coffee is better. It at least smells better than the place around the corner. Not so corporate-like even though it's a franchise. Nice quite place.

Visited with my daughter on a Saturday morning. The owner was so nice and made my daughter’s coffee cake very special for her. Fyi - if you want decaf, it’s a pour over.

Love the ease of convenience ordering takeout and the staff is always smiling and friendly. Great coffee spot with solid snack and sandwich options and free Wi-Fi. One of my favorite offices away from work.

Solid coffee spot, the café horchata was delicious as well as some of the baked goods, including the brownie. Will probably be my go to in the area if nothing else proves to be better.

The energy on a Sunday morning was amazing! Loved the Matcha Chiller I ordered - the managers own special recipe. Have been a fan of Gloria Jean’s forever and it’s nice to have one so close to home; for a quick bite to eat without the hustle & bustle that comes with a big brand coffee shop.

My favorite coffee style, cappuccino, is consistently wonderful at Gloria Jean's. I like robust natural coffee flavors, with no bitterness or after tastes. This place hits my high marks. The people working there are competent, friendly, and nice. The prices are moderate.

I met the owner and we discussed how the coffee is roasted. Impressive. For example, fruit flavored coffees are made from beans infused with natural fruit juices -- not just syrup squirted into a standard coffee. It's not for me, but those who enjoy that kind of brew should appreciate it.

Honestly, it's not fair that -bucks from across the street gets more love than your local coffee shop. Especially one that serves better drinks for similar price! They have wide ranges of drinks and fall specials, and in case you're wondering yes, their dine-in area is open! The drinks are delicious, but I can't have a say on their baked goods because I didn't get to try it. However I would say that the drinks are worth trying. Please support your local businesses while you can and help keep them stay afloat during this difficult time.

This is the perfect place to go for a "comfort coffee" and I've started coming here every weekend for a pick-me-up. It's as inviting as your local coffee shop, even though it's not independent. The food and drink is always satisfying, and the staff is friendly. It's a great go-to location with outdoor seating that I enjoy frequenting this time of year.

They get freshly backed real Italian pastries every morning from a local bakery and bake their own muffins and such on site. And my husband says their coffee is much better than the major chain places. Also, real gelato - which is so much better than ice cream! Super friendly staff as well.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, it’s always clean and there are tons of varieties to choose from in terms of food and coffee!

I'm not sure if happycow has it posted or not but for all vegetarians and vegans out there this place has a ton of options! They have wraps and avocado toast and even vegan croissants, brownies and sorbet. Many of the drinks including some of the chillers can be adapted to be vegan as well. The staff is super friendly and amenable. If you're a vegetarian/vegan in New Brunswick definitely give this place a try!

Had a pour over with hazelnut beans! None of that artificial stuff!
