Chase Bank

This is more of a "Relationship Bank", than a normal
bank branch. That is, while they do have multiple ATM's in the lobby, there are no tellers, nor money inside. What IS inside are
capable associates who will meet and help you solve any problems or concerns you may have with existing accounts, or, to open up a new account. I have been a JPM Chase customer for over 40 years, and, having dealt with many of the Manhattan branches, I can tell you that I have had more problems addressed and resolved in this small branch, than all my years in NYC.

Great location, easy in and out, and multiple ATMs! Never used the Amazon locker but good to know they have one there!

Outside the Bank Hours are posted on the door it says they open at 10am but google says 9am 🥴 And also it’s an ATM only branch. As much money J.P Morgan steals from Retail investors and they still so darn cheap

This branch is closed indefinitely, why ?

It takes 15 minutes to print the transcript history 🤦🏻‍♂

3 atms that do not recognize a debit card. Tellers who are unable to help. Unable to tap your card even at the teller station. Waste of time coming here

Shady bank. Employee reported my card lost/stolen when it wasn’t. Also I do not like how this is a “cashless” bank. I went in to request change after using their atm and they informed me that they do not have money inside. There are no tellers just atms. Very inconvenient.

I wish I could give negative stars to this bank. The staff has zero skills and don’t even know how to operate their own software. They give you a run around since they have no answers. I don’t even know if chase checks the qualifications for the employees. Never again I will visit this branch for my needs.

Poor experience at this bank they have no purpose to be open at this location scene they can’t really help you with much when it comes to money and the fact that you charge a $10 fee to cash or on checks is ridiculous and you need to eliminate overdraft fees it is doing nothing but praying on the poor thankfully I have never had this bank and I highly recommend you not do Business with chase the fact that they finance the gas and oil industry is disgusting and help with deforestation around the world 🌎
