Had the Beef Bento Box, I had brown rice , salad, and dumplings, can’t have sushi! Paid $13! Will be back! The Yum Yum sauce is just ketchup and mayo!

I honestly eat here an embarrassing amount. I love the food, it's fast food but still considerably healthier than most other fast food places. I rave about this place to my friends and have never heard a bad thing about it. If I had one complaint, it would be that I wish the dumplings were steamed rather than fried. Regardless, even those are great.

I just have to say that they certainly have improved after closing for a year. The service is better and the place cleaner. The waitresses are also much more attentive and provide excellent service. The food was delicious like I expected it to be. I will be bringing more customers so long as they have the snow crab legs on the special days that I make it there.

I am writing in response to the review posted by Melanie De Gardnuer earlier today. I was present at the store as a customer buying dinner for my family at the time when she was there. The store manager I witnessed was purely professional and accommodating -- he delivered commendable service. The most "blasphemous" thing I witnessed was the manager holding open a plastic bag for her drink while the customer fumbled with her change; when she saw him doing so, she rudely questioned why, and he gently shared that it was for her drink. The fellow customer sat down with some of her food while waiting for the remainder, and began eating it in the seating area that had been shut down because of the pandemic. The manager never once raised his voice and very reasonably conveyed that the area was closed due to COVID-19 store policy, and that unfortunately, she was not supposed to eat there. The tantrum she threw at him in front of his employees was unacceptable and undeserved. Given that she threatened to write a Google review, I decided to check. The content is false and wholly 'Karen' behavior. Hope everyone is safe and well during this time.

You guys are amazing! I ordered it through Doordash just for me and my husband wanted to order this right away as soon as I gave him one bite! I had chicken teriyaki and shrimp tempura. Chicken teriyaki came with vegetables on the side and it was the most delicious vegetable dish I ever had in my life. Not exaggerating at all. I wanted to call them in person and complain how good their food is lol. Thank u so much for high quality and decent price food! Love it! Adore it! Gonna eat again!❤

If you love cheap, delicious Japanese food, this is definitely the place to go. The amount of sushi offered for such a low price is phenomenal. The meals include food like the salads and tempura shrimp, ranging in tastes and textures, but all delicious. The Japanese beverages available, such as the $1 green tea, really help improve the meal's quality. The seating and customer service complete the deal and make it an experience to remember each time.

They close at 8pm. I came at 7:50 and they took my order without any questions. While I was waiting for my order there were some more people coming in after me and they ordered too.

I love that they will not let you eat inside. If they could arrange for nobody inside they should. Food is great as always and obviously the owner has a brain. Well done

Their Teriyaki Chicken is THE-BEST!!!

I usually intentionally order extra meat for a small additional price, knowing that I won't be able to finish it. So I can wrap-up the remaining chicken and save it for home later..... Yes. I know I am crazy. :) But it really is that good!

Def well worth every penny... everyting they make is fresh and the teriyaki chicken is the best. A meal for under $8 that fills you up every time..

Tho i will say this location (North Brunswick) is 10 times better than the East Brunswick location. Jus my opinion...

Love this place. The food is great. They have changed the menu and that sucks but no over all love it.

Sarku is one of my favorite restaurants good food reasonable pricing service is fast all the food is made fresh it's all around good if you sign up for the app they also send you coupons.... All around good place

I had a dragon roll, spicy tuna roll, tuna & salmon sashimi and a garden salad. All for take-out. Presentation was excellent and no plastic garnishes like other places use.

Great place for fresh, tasty, healthy and inexpensive teriyaki & sushi food. The store hours are wrong on this ad. They open seven days a week from 11AM - 10PM.

A bit pricey but worth every penny. Great sushi and food and presentation are high quality. Keep it up!

I always get what I want quickly and the food comes out good. The bento box is my favorite because you get a salad, a choice of meat, dumplings, and sushi.

Great place to eat real fresh Japanese food, and the most important thing is the fast service

Extra chicken will do well to look extra, otherwise all good.
