AT&T Store

I had to get a new phone due to breaking the old one. I’m not tech savvy at all, but Belton helped me out 100%. He was patient, answered all questions I had, took his time with me. He was awesome. He deserves a raise !

Wonderful staff here. I brought a woman in a wheelchair with me to this store and, without even asking, one of the staff members came and helped us in. It was this older woman who wanted the phone and the staff member who helped us, Lorenzo, was so patient and easygoing with her, I was so pleased. I credit this to Lorenzo because she had a lot of questions; she was going from a flip phone to a modern phone so this was a big deal. All in all, nothing but good things to say.

Visited this store today to get information and so that my friend could update her account. CJ helped us initially, was very nice and helped us until Jay took over. She truly went above and beyond to help us accomplish what we came in for. Highly recommend this location!

Belton was so helpful and amazing! I’ve never had an easier and more clear experience when purchasing a new phone and upgrading my plan. I also really appreciate that I was able to browse for a while and then Belton helped me when I was ready. I actually wasn’t sure if I was going to buy that day but Belton made it feel easy and the complete opposite of every other experience I have ever had in a cell carrier’s store.

Came in today after damaging my phone, and was helped by the store manager, Jay. She talked me through my options, including costs and timeframe, helped me decide which would be best for me, and answered every question I had. She even went out of her way to inform me of deals I qualified for. The store was great and Jay was an excellent help.

Great staff very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable, helped me find a phone that fit my monthly budget plus got me tons of accessories. Explained the phone very well so I can leave knowing how to use it. And made me feel like I wasn’t in a store . Great environment to be in . Recommend highly

I’ve been going through a lot of personal/medical drama the past six months and to compound it, I’ve run into issues with my phone the past two weeks and had to visit the store twice. Both Randall and Jared were very helpful and sympathetic to my situation and worked hard to find the best solutions for me at each step of the way. My mother has been in as well over the past few months and has always found the employees to be patient and understanding, no matter the problem.

Husband needed to replace a broken phone. Representative recommended best and most reasonably priced phone for his needs. Transferred all data and we left as happy customers!

Went to the AT&T store at Monmouth Mall and they were completely unable to help me. Decided to go to Oakhurst to try there, which turned out to be very helpful. Technician was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to pull the sale that wanted. Good job

We went to this store to upgrade our family’s phones. We are so satisfied with their service. Randall, the manager who took care of us in our last visit and Darryl as well. They are so nice. Randall explained everything to us and gave us choices that is good for us. Very satisfied with their customer service.

I am so grateful for finding this location due to going to the mail and them denying me a cash payment to pay my phone off and do an upgrade also paying a $30 cab ride.. When I got to the Oakhurst location I was helped immediately and Gerald and the manager took care of me by getting me the right phone, walked me thru setting it up and gave me a nice case for the troubles I went through. I am Extremely happy and grateful for the great customer service I will be going back to get my Apple Watch sooner than later! Thank u again Gerald for the great service! Truly it’s Nika

On Friday we went to get our phones, since online had a problem verifying my identity we went into this store. Lynn and mitch helped us and they were amazing!! We were there for quite a while but it was like we were hanging out with our friends!! Everyone there is super helpful and friendly!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!! New to AT&T and so far so good, were very pleased!! They even saved us money on our cable bill!! Thank you!!!
