LJ'Z Boardwalk

I visited LJ’Z Boardwalk in Manville NJ for a quick snack after dinner. It was a great treat to have the orange cream ice cream as a soft serve. I normally could only find this down the shore, this was a pleasant surprise. Yes, you can find ice cream cheaper as the other reviews say, but that’s not what it’s about. It’s more about visiting a local ice cream shop and enjoying a snack with friends and family. You’re paying for a great experience. We got 3 cups and it came to $15. Overall I had a great experience and will certainly be back. The staff behind the counter are very nice!

I love this ice cream place, so I came here to get My Buddy’s favorite ice cream flavor to honor his “should-have-been” 3rd birthday tomorrow. I’m sad that it’s closed for the season!! See you next year.

The service here was quick, and while some of the prices may appear high or inflated, ther servings you get for the orice is well worth it. I've never ordered anything larger than the smallest serving for the soft serve, and it has always been more than enough, it's around $5.50 in case you were wondering.

First time here today and i was not disappointed. Very delicious ice cream, I would recommend the fudge brownie or black raspberry. Very reasonable prices too. They have hard ice cream 10+ flavors, milkshakes, soft serve.

Way better than the ice cream parlor in South bound brook where they charge you roughly 5$ for half a scoop of an ice cream sundae. I do Not recommend sbb.

Great Ice cream at Great prices! Went here to support Manville after the Biblical flood we experienced and will be returning once the sun comes out. It's out of my way but worth the drive.

This place is closed during the winter, but any other time I get a chocolate, vanilla twist cone that makes my tummy happy! The ice cream had just the right amount of air to make the soft serve ice cream perfect (I learned about the air pumped into ice cream to changed its consistency from a good friend with a shop that closed.)

LJ'z has some really good ice cream. The service is awesome. They have a big lot for parking, but few benches to sit down. Great place to bring the kids.

Love this place! Delicious, portions are great and the price is even better. Definitely take a trip to this ice cream shop. Also way better than Rita’s. And slightly cheaper!

Many flavors and service is great.

This ice cream is richer n creamier than Ritas. My daughter rather drive to another town for this ice cream when Ritas is right down town. Well definitely be back!
