Wonderful experience, from the moment you walk in, all throughout the entire cleaning and dentist exam. It's a warm kind casual but professional environment. Modern, super clean and supported like a family run office. I was especially happy to have the in depth conversation, honest and thoughtful Dr. Rabbi is not about over treatment, over diagnosing, money- grab. It's the best dentist office I have ever been to, in my 56 years! Thank you for the excellent communication to keep my entire family on track!

The staff greeted me when I walked in, I barely sat down before they were calling me into the room for my appointment (I was early and they took me right it). The staff was very thorough. I loved that when they took the X-Rays I was able to see them right away in the screen in the room. Office was nice and clean. Every interaction with the staff and doctor was a pleasant one.

Dr. Rabbi and Alexandra provided an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Dr. Rabbi took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was and the “why behind the what”. Great job! Will definitely visit again!

Excellent service thank you! From the beginning when you call or enter the office the receptionist greets you with a smile, you feel the care, friendliness and excellent customer service. When you are treated by the hygienist again you receive excellent service with a smile. Then when Dr. Rabbi sees you he also extends a unique feeling of well-being, knowledge and care that is not seen or felt at other dental offices.I would recommend Dr. Rabbi to everyone.

The office has a wonderful atmosphere and every single person I encountered went above and beyond to help me. Dr Rabbi is very knowledgeable and compassionate. The equipment and imaging technology is state of the art, and the team was extremely professional and personable. They prioritized addressing any anxiety about the visit and walked me through the billing, insurance and scheduling. Highly recommend this family practice.

I cannot recommend One Dental enough - it’s the only dentist office you’ll ever want to visit again! There are so many positive things I can say about my experience here, but I’ll stick to the highlights:
First, booking the appointment was easy; that was my first interaction with the receptionist, Hannah. When I walked into the office for the first time, she made me feel so welcome and special. She truly cares about the patients and loves her job - she is a gem! Let’s also talk about how cute the waiting room is. Have you ever seen a dentist’s office that looks chic and inviting? Look no further! And as an avid music-lover, it would be wrong not to mention how great their music selection is. Something seemingly minor shows this place is all about the details.
My entire appointment moved quickly and smoothly - I didn’t have to wait to be called back for my cleaning or in between services, and nothing felt rushed.
Dr. Rabbi is so kind. He was incredible at explaining everything he was doing (and, most importantly, why) while being informative and not condescending. I’ve rarely seen medical providers that can do one of those things - let alone both. So thank you, Dr. Rabbi!
Everyone in this office is so down to earth. It felt like I was viewed as a human being rather than a dollar sign here, and it was so refreshing given other experiences I’ve had. My standards are forever raised because of this team. Thank you, One Dental, for changing how I view going to the dentist and making me excited about my next cleaning!

I could not more highly recommend Dr.Rabbi and his staff if I tried. They are professional, patient and caring. I was seen within 15 minutes of my phone call explaining my condition and I was not a patient of the practice. Dr. Rabbi even called me several hours later to see how I was feeling. Although I am not a fan of dental work( who is?) I am a fan of this practice and I now consider myself a patient as well.

Dr. Rabbi and the rest of the One Dental staff are AMAZING! They are so kind, helpful, and personable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was very nervous about going but Dr. Rabbi and the rest of the team made me feel comfortable and safe 🙂

A lot of people are nervous in these offices this place will make you feel at home! In general not too many places in any business ask about your emotions or feelings. This place had a questionnaire that allowed you to speak about how you felt about cavity procedures or even prior bad experiences etc so they understand you as their patient. They make their interactions very personable! This is an important piece as their social skills are top notch here . My visit was absolutely amazing.
Alice was great very down to earth, she made it very easy to have a great conversation.
Dr rabbi in my opinion is a great guy he was honest and answered my questions with great detail and just was a great help making things run smooth.
Hannah the receptionist was one of the best receptionist l've ever met i will definitely return and be happy returning give this place a chance!

Really great first time experience. I probably waited 5 minutes before I was called in to get started and the bedside manner was excellent. The beautiful and clean rooms are always a plus and the island scape scenery on the television that plays as you’re in the chair being taken care of is so therapeutic. I love that everything is being explained step by step and a plan is developed immediately for care. I highly recommend this office

It’s a family feel type of environment

I had a very good experience at One Dental. All the staff were so welcoming, spoke with a smile on, Dr Rabbi was so calm and professional and let me ask my queries so patiently. Overall it was a very hood experience and I highly recommend them.

The staff is very professional and accommodating. I have had a few emergency issues and they were open and available on Saturday to help me before it could get worse. My family also get our teeth checked and cleaned here Dr. Rabbi is always very thorough. The team at One Dental is exceptional and very friendly, I highly recommend them if you need a great dental team.

I want to Thank One Dental who has been so Amazing!!! Dr. Rabbi & his staff are so kind and very helpful.I had an emergency situation and I was not even their patient yet & they saw me anyway, addressed my problem and that just shows how Great & Compassionate they are in this office! Wow. As a new patient, I didn't know what to expect when I came for my first appointment. I was a little nervous starting with a new dentist, but it turned out all the positive reviews about Dr. Rabbi and his team are true. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt right at home. I was greeted with a warm smile by both receptionists. Dr. Rabbi happened to be passing by and said a quick hello before my appointment. And the dental hygienist, Alexandria is one of the warmest people you'll ever meet. (Within minutes, we were chatting like old friends!)
And Dr. Rabbi was awesome - warm, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I could immediately tell that he loves what he does and cares deeply for his patients.
And on my way out I got to meet Mahum, the head of business operations for the office - who also happens to be Dr. Rabbi's wife. She's the one who texted me about my appointment. 😊
By the time I left, I felt like I'd known them all all for years.

Also...this is quite possibly THE most elegant and stylish dentist office I've ever been to. 😯❤ It wasn't just 'clean'...it felt like a spa. Not surprising that they're located on "Park Avenue."LOL.😎

The moment I walked in Dr. Rabbi's office I was impressed with the friendly greetings, and cleanliness of the office. I found Dr. Rabbi online after a previous experience that was not ideal. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, and very efficient.
I have really bad anxiety when I am in the dentist chair. Dr. Rabbi is able to calm my nerves. He is very professional, and highly skilled. He e plains everything that he is doing. I had a last minute appointment with him today. I was convinced that I needed an extraction. For the second time, he saved the tooth. My complaints and the location of the tooth, only an extraction would have resolved the issue. At least That's what I thought, until Dr. Rabbi put his skills to work and saved the tooth. This is the second time I thought I needed an extraction, different tooth of course. He saved the tooth. When he was done all I could say was "wow he is awesome." I am a nurse, and always self-diagnosed, except dentistry is not my expertise.
The most amazing staff I have ever met. They even know my name outside of the office. In the parking lot one of his amazing staff greeted me by name. That is not an easy task, I am not good with names,, faces yes.
Getting an appointment with the office is super easy. I have so much praise and respect for The team at ONEDENTAL. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Shefat Rabbi DMD and his team. You guys ROCK 🪨

Very professional staff. The most pleasant dentist experience I’ve had. Went in for a filling on a cavity and it was painless. Up to date equipment. I Will not be returning to my previous dentist.
