the agreement was 1/3 of the settlement would go to the lawyer. It meant 5,000$....Mr. Lee Jerushalmy deducted money from my settlement to pay the chiropractor? . The chiropractor was already payed by the Insurance company and my personal insurance as well. In addition, I had spoken with Mr. DeLuca each time I received treatment . There was nothing owed at that time so the deduction by the lawyer was a shocker. In using this lawyer services, keep track of everything and each visit to the doctor to avoid surprises. Keep an itemized list of each charge.

Mr. Jerushalmy deducted injustified charges from the pay out. If I am suing is to benefit me rather than the lawyer. I rather live with the pain than go thru the painstaking waste of time of services to benefit a lawyer and a zillion of doctors. and the PIP has a 1400 deductible too which is never desclosed before the contract

Terrible,stay away from these jokers,first time in my life i"m writing negative review,but this time just have to. John Koerner is most unprofessional attorney i ever seen,after 3 monthes of working on my case he asked me questions like he never opened it. After three and half monthes of waisting my time and still any progress on my case went to another attorney, Richard Schibell who solved all my problems in 3 weeks.
