If you’re looking for an informative, effective, and comfortable experience, Dr. Jyoti Shah and her team are second to none. As someone who hasn’t been able to have a check up on my teeth for a long amount of time, I came in nervous to the core but I felt calm and right at home once I was being attended. Dr. Shah answered any questions I had with a detailed explanation and with a vibe as if you were talking to with a close friend. I want to give my upmost thanks to everyone on the team for giving me such a wonderful experience starting from the greeting when I came in and to the goodbye after my appointment. I regained my confidence to show my teeth when I smile again, thank you!

I had a great experience at Dr. Shah's Dental office. My cleaning by the hygienist was expectational. The staff was very very friendly and welcoming.

When I first visited Dr. Shah’s office I had a few bad experiences with dentures.So when she explained to me that the condition my teeth were in was causing me much of my physical discomfort I was skeptical. Step one pictures of my teeth in its present state and a picture of what it would look like when the work was completed. Can safely say it surpassed what she promised l am smiling more than ever I love my new teeth.Dr Shah and Gabby made me feel special in the way I was treated and respected. It’s a joy going to the dentist. I am thankful for the wonderful service.Looking for a great dentist I recommend Dr. Shah’s family practice.

Dr. Shah and her team (especially Gabby and Bella) really do treat you like family. As a new patient with several specific issues, she has demonstrated patience, care, and genuine concern and she does this with ALL of her patients. She has so much knowledge to give and ensures you know exactly what she is doing. I have recommended her to other family members and they say the same thing! I don’t usually write reviews but I was so very impressed by my first appointment at this dental office that I wanted to share my experience if it may be of assistance to other families looking for quality care.
I’ll try to be brief 😆 The dental office is welcoming and very clean. The staff from booking the appointment ( day before) to the hygienist (Decenia)and Dentist (Dr.Shah)were pleasant and professional with the dentist coming out at one point to introduce herself. I was escorted in within 10 minutes. It is a busy office but well controlled with staff supporting each other like a well oiled machine. They do an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and do a great job of checking my health history to ensure that any procedures done are safe for my wellbeing and don’t push anything.
I have to say the Decenia gave me the best cleaning that I’ve ever had and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Shah came afterwards and explained my X-rays and the health of my teeth.
This practice would be my 6th in my lifetime as I’m also new to the area, so I can give a good comparison ( I was the Guinea pig for the family)… no one has given me such a thorough cleaning!
Needless to say, the family has appointments next week.

The epitome of excellence in dentistry.

Dr. Shah’s oral examination is the most comprehensive oral examination I can ever remember having experienced. What I admire is that she is direct in her assessment, not telling you what you may want to hear but telling you what you NEED to hear. Dr. Shah goes above and beyond in her explanations of how good/bad oral health may affect other concerns.

I have my next appointment in October and anticipate the same grace shown to me on my first visit by Dr. Shah and her most competent and pleasant staff. Consummate professionals!

I would also like to comment on her office setting. There is a calmness and serenity you experience. The cleanliness and the way in which the office is arranged and decorated relieves any anxiety you may have. My life experience has taught me that if I must wait for any length of time, it is because I know that Dr. Shah will be spending the same amount of quality time with me as she did with the patient before me.

Dr. Shah and all the women in the office are really attentive, thorough, and explain things very clearly. They are kind, considerate, and make me feel taken care of (coming from someone who finds dental visits to be a bit scary). Thank you!

I am so grateful to have Dr Shah as my dentist.. My journey with Dr Shah started in 2008. She has been the most understanding person not only of my dental needs but financially understanding. She created a plan for me that worked. I am still seeing her for my dental work. Every single visit has been a success. She is amazing and have no complaints. When you are on that chair is all about making you comfortable and complete Dental work that you can appreciate. She is the most humble dentist Iv'e met. I am so grateful for her and staff for the great experience I've had along my visits. The work Dr Shah provides is amazing. I trust her 100% . Her staff are fully trained and as well super friendly.Gabby has worked very closely with and is an amazing person. The office is amazing hands down.

I don’t normally post or review publicly but I have to express how wonderful of an experience I had visiting Jyoti R. Shah, DDS Family Dentistry. Yesterday, 3/17/23 was my first visit at this location and from the moment I walked in to the time spent with Dr. Shah and Gabby I felt at ease. I felt heard and my concerns were their concerns. We all learned something from one another and it felt empowering. I had a cleaning done on my teeth which I believed would’ve been like any other routine visit but not here. Dr. Shah cleaned and removed years of build up and wow! My teeth were white without even using whitening strips! She educated me about my own teeth. Screened me for cancer by checking my neck all the way to my head and inside my mouth and throat. Talk about thorough! This is needed. I never knew what I was missing from a dentist until I came here. It truly was a service of a lifetime and I can’t wait to return and refer my husband and 2 twin baby girls to her. If you’re looking for someone who is wise, passionate and willing to go above and beyond then give Dr. Shah a visit. Don’t hesitate. Take the drive and allow her to help you begin your journey in loving your smile and dental care.

The best dentist i have ever been to! Everyone here is truly caring and i am so grateful for them. I woke up with awful pain in my jaw and tooth and i called and they had me come right away to help me. Because it was so sudden i had to bring both my children with me(2 months and 2 years) they helped me with the girls and were so understanding about everything. I honestly could not be happier its truly amazing that their are people like them in this world still. Dr Shah was so sweet I explained that I have a very bad fear of the dentist and her demeanor was so calming and caring I actually was okay and not panicking! I will be bringing my daughter here for her visits now and myself from now on! Thank you to you both you made this moms entire day with how amazing i was treated

Dr. Shah and Gabby constantly deliver excellent service! I chipped my front tooth and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule and squeeze me in for an emergency visit. Dr. Shah did an amazing job at bonding the tooth and I left the office feeling extremely satisfied with the work. I’ve had unpleasant experiences with other dentists in the past but Dr. Shah always makes me feel comfortable and really understands my dental needs. Highly recommend her for any work you need done.

This is the first time to visit this dental office. It’s very surprising experience. From front desk, nurse to the doctor are very friendly, professional and detailed. It really different from all the dentists I had before.
The doctor took her time and did deep cleaned my teeth, plus she gave me a lot information in details what I should take the next step on taking care of tooth to have healthy teeth.

Today was my first visit to this office. I agree with all of the posts I read, Dr. Shah and her staff are EXCEPTIONAL! I had an issue that needed attention and they got me in the same day, whereas my now old dentist couldn’t get me in until October. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled because this was such a great experience. Dr. Shah and her staff are friendly, make you feel welcome and she explained the entire procedure as she was going along. I don’t have anything negative to say, she was awesome! If you need a dentist, her office is highly recommended.

As a person with severe anxiety about seeing a dentist for any reason, I am so happy to have found Dr. Shah. She and her assistant, Ms Gabby, have been so understanding and helpful in guiding me through all parts of my treatment. They are true professionals and lovely humans.

Dr. Shah's office is simply outstanding and I am so glad to have found her practice. She is a kind, thorough, gentle dentist who made me feel comfortable taking care of long-standing dental issues. She is proactive as well, recommending a preventive treatment plan that has vastly improved my dental health. Her staff is amazing. Her office is cheerful and beautifully maintained and has the latest technology. I actually look forward to my check-ups.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Shah’s office today. This office is spectacularly welcoming and clean (as I told her one of the cleanest places I can find in NJ). The office is run by all women, each doing such a wonderful job and working together to create a smooth experience for the patient. They had plenty of interactive and educational tactics to help me learn about cleaning my teeth and how my teeth will respond to different circumstances. I appreciate that everyone helped me to learn in this way so I can take care of my teeth better! The cleaning I received from the hygienist was one of the best I have had, and she was very courteous throughout the cleaning process, checking in frequently that I was okay. I really liked Dr. Shah and I plan to return to her as long as I am in NJ. I also really appreciate how they have Saturday hours, making it very flexible to schedule appointments.

BEST Dentist and Doctor’s office ever!
Before coming to Dr.Shah’s office, I’ve personally had many bad experiences with dentists. I was a scared, nervous and extremely anxious patient when I first came in to meet with Dr Jyoti, BUT that all changed all thanks to her and her entire team.

Dr. Shah is excellent at her job, she has a wonderful hand when she works on your teeth and I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dentists chair. She explains very patiently and is very gentle with the patient, and her entire office and staff is super accommodating.

Thank you for making me enjoy my visits to your office! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
