Nichols so I called and had an appointment within a few workdays.The young man came on time, his arrival announced by a text alerting us that he was on the way. Jeremy is a very pleasant young man, who actually suggested a repair for Our kitchen faucet instead of a replacement and saved us quite a few $$. I had several estimates and R.A.Nichols was the most reasonable. It was 5 months from the time of the original estimate before I was able to proceed with the job. This company honored the original estimate. How refreshing that is. Jake and his associate Taylor were on time and ready to work. They encountered some obstacles, but went the extra mile to complete the job to theirs and my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and their employees for all your plumbing needs. Jeremy came out to diagnose a problem we had with our sewer. It was immediately clear he knew what he was talking about and he wanted what was right for us instead of replacing something and moving on. He explained our options and gave us useful advice about all the things he noticed while checking out our sewer problems. We are definitely going to check with R.A. Nichols for our future Plumbing and heating needs based on our experience today.

We requested service for evaluation in the morning and had service technicians by that afternoon, receiving same day service. Jeremy and Ethan were the service technicians that arrived. They were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable in completing the work efficiently, and in a timely manner.
