Great Staff. Made me feel comfortable as a Transgender individual, helping me assemble just the right look for my upcoming honeymoon to Disney with my wife. Thank you for making a simple shopping trip such a positive experiance.

TORRID RT 18S...BEST ONE of ALL!! SMELLS & LOOKS CLEAN/CLOTHES where THEY should be arranged in size so easy to browse & buy!!! And their CUSTOMER SERVICE ranks high in my book!!! REGINA & DANIELLE made my day with a quick shopping trip of what I didn't need into what I must have!! Wearing my new beautiful blouse & crop pant leggings to my niece's shower & will definitely look good!!! I will continue to send & take other friends there & also to talk them into getting a TORRID card!!!

I am a weekly shopper, I love this store especially the staff. I have 2 stores closer to my house and I still chose to drive the extra miles just to visit this one store. The staff is super friendly and always tel you about their current promotions as soon as you walk through the door. They also are super helpful when you can't find something in your size or your looking for something in particular. Always happy always smiling always having a good time. Sales are always great and always telling you how you can save more money. :) Thanks ladies.

I have been purchasing clothes from torrid for quite some time now, and now that we have a store in EB its even Awesome-R. the staff is very attenuate and ready to help and give advice.

One day I was coming from work and I needed stockings (which they have variety of) and I was close to closing time, I called the store and asked manager to keep doors open for a bit longer and she did!!
shes great! I am always happy to shop there. :)

Friendly helpful staff, nice clean well organized store. If the store were closer to home I would be there often. Selection of fun, beautiful and edgy plus size clothes with cuts that are actually flattering for plus size bodies.

Whenever I come here I always have a wonderful experience! Every employee is so helpful and kind. The store always has exactly what I need!

I went in for a specific sweater and ended up getting a whole outfit. I had two more haute cash left to use and the girl at the register said, "I'm going to give you an extra one so you'll get $75 off instead of $50." I was blown away! I thanked her over and over. I also had two $10 rewards that I redeemed, so I got 4 items for $53. The girls were so friendly, the store is clean and presentable (and I went on a Sunday afternoon). I'll be returning here very soon.

Love the variety and quality of the clothes. A little pricey but when you have a coupon to use it is definitely worth it. The ladies who work there are friendly and always helpful.

The trendy clothes here are incredible. The staff is even better. Very helpful. Once the ladies get to know your style they are able to help choose things that will compliment your personal style. Love this place

I went shopping here over the springtime and summer to pick up things for my wife I have to say the ladies that work there were absolutely amazing and helping me get what I needed. Made me feel very comfortable shopping there in a woman’s clothing store one of the most number of sales lady was Liz she was just phenomenal smile with service the whole way through helping with everything and answered all my questions great shopping experience.

The best location in the area hands down. Staff always trying their best to save you money and always in your corner . I prefer going here to do exchanges because their so professional and kind. These are all rarely traits in customer service these days....

I love this place, it's so difficult to find F and Gs but they stock it here. There's discounts in the stores separate from online. The associates are always helpful and if you have the money to spend this is perfect. They do have a rep of being expensive but it's worth it.

This store deserves five stars for staff, but there aren't any 5s or 6s in the store. It's been a while since I've been in a torrid that didn't have a decent selection, at least in the clearance area.

Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of all possible discount and sales. Lauren and her co-worker gave us excellent customer service. Will return soon.

Had to make a return. Cashier was pleasant and made the transaction seamless...Nice clean store in a great location!

Clean and organized with mostly friendly staff. Clearance section is one of the better ones out of all the stores in NJ.
