This place I absolutely unprofessional and rude I called simply to ask about availability and was yelled at and hung up on, even though I remained calm and professional throughout the conversation. If I cannot call the office for a simple inquiry about the apartment I could not imagine trying to get help for anything while actually living here.

1. THEY DONT GIVE YOU HEAT
2. THEY SONT FIX NOTHING
3. THEY DONT GIVE YOU HEAT AT NIGHT
4. I LIVED HERE TO LONG TO KEEP GOING THROUGH THIS MY SON ALWAYS SICK CAUSE OF THIS..... YOU CANT CALL THE OFFICE AND THE SUPERS COMES WHEN THEY WANT TOO... EVERY WINTER THIS WHAT GO THROUGH AN ITS NOT FAIR WHEN YOU HAVE A SICK KID CAUSE THEY WONT GIVE HEAT WHEN HEAT NEEDED.... HOW ITS HEAT IN THE DAY BUT NO HEAT AT NIGHT..... PLEASE EXPLAIN???

That picture is a lie the apartments don't look nothing like that at all and watch out for the head lady she is rude and acts like she is above everyone she is nasty a horrible person snoby all the above
