We ordered 2 tons of Barefoot pellets for delivery. The delivery driver was prompt, friendly and professional and placed the pellets right where we asked him.

I ordered a pallet of pellets for delivery and received them the next day. The delivery driver was great and placed the pellets right where I asked him.

The pellets may be a few more dollars from SOS. But the ash from the Easy Blaze pellets I received from SOS is much less in quantity vs. the pellets I have purchased from Lowe’s in the past.

We have been having major problems with getting our stove to draw. One of their technicians (Jim? Sorry I forgot his name) spent a good amount of time explaining what is the likely cause. He is very knowledgeable and well spoken. If we decide to replace our woodstove, SOS will be our go to vendor! They understand customer service!!!

Customer service is outstanding! I purchased 2 stoves from SOS and they are my go to yearly for pellets. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, Heidi and Melissa are always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone/email. They came highly recommend and they live up to their reputation. After interviewing 4 other fireplace places we chose SOS. Their knowledge, well procured showroom and execution of the final install proved we made the right choice. We discovered our Blaze King wood insert there which no one else had. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. The price was right. This place is the real deal and I highly recommend them. Next year we'll be back for another insert for our basement.

I got their first Vermont Casting Aspen C3!! I could not be more excited to enjoy the warmth and comfort this stove will bring my family! Very happy with our jotul f500. This place is about average price on install, but Mike was very professional and didn't mind me watching everything he did. Answered all questions and was helpful. I had concerns over a short flue height but Mike was right and I do not have any draft issues. I would recommend having this company do your install for piece of mind, it's worth it when you really break it down.

Bought my pellets from sos last year, and they took the time to load them on my tricky tiny trailer and helped throw some more in the SUV. They then serviced my pellet stove near Lake Hopatcong this summer. I honestly didn't think they were going to come this far, but they did, and were courteous, clean, and professional. Planning to head down for my pallet of pellets in a few weeks.

Bought and had our stove from here, they were very helpful and had many models to choose from. They even helped us to find a lower price floor model which we needed up not getting. We have a very old house with a walk in stove and needed a certain size and clearance.

Every year SOS does a great job cleaning and maintaining our wood stove, they are clean, professional and do not they to over sell you. They are the best.

Bought one blaze king chinook stove years ago. Installed myself, worked very good. Now bought here lopi insert for fireplace hoping for the same result. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gave me good deal both times.

We were told by another company that we HAD to replace our Vermont Castings woodstove insert. SOS not only repaired but touched up our insert. It works & looks like brand new!!

Great place to get pellets and the people very accomadating.

Great products and customer service. No pressure sale, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Stove insert working great. The only downside was that it took awhile before they could install it.
