Jake Johnson Properties is one of the best. They respond quickly, have answers to my questions and get things done in a timely manner. I'm renting a commercial space, and to say that they are making everything as seamless and as easy as possible for us, is an understatement. I could not be happier (or quite honestly couldn't be more impressed) with their level of service. Highly recommend!

I've been a tenant since October and I appreciate that there is always an open line of communication, the property is kept up, and all maintenance (or any others) issues are addressed In a reasonable amount of time.

I’ve been living in one of the many properties JJP has to offer for about a year now and so far everything’s been great. Any issues I’ve had get fixed in a timely manner and the staff are always nice.

Jake Johnson Properties fosters a community unlike any other I have experienced. If you want to rent an apartment, there are plenty abound, however very few posses the people that reside in the JJP Apartments. And that is not to mention the management. Degrees from diplomatic, the management team at JJP will see to it that your needs are met if you come to the table as a willing tenant.

Who knows when I will move out! I've been a resident for 3 years.

I have worked with Jake Johnson Properties for over a year now. This is one of the best places to work. We take care of our tenants. From office staff to leasing agents, and the maintenance staff everyone works hard every day and makes sure that our tenants, vendors, and each other are taken care of. Everyone is professional and friendly to work with. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Jake Johnson Properties were very helpful with my situation. I ended my lease to move into a bigger place in a different location with my partner (who was planning on moving up north for a new job). At the very last minute all hell broke lose and my partner could not move up with me and I couldn't afford the bigger place. As I was out of options, I walked into the office and the staff were super helpful and put together several options for me. I ended up staying and renewing my lease. I couldn't ask for a better outcome and appreciated how much the staff went out of their way to assist me. I am glad that I rented from them as they would consider you part of their 'circle' as they helped me out when I needed the help. Kudos to the staff of Jake Johnson Properties!

I've had some really good experiences with some great landlords. Jake Johnson properties is among them. Moved into a very clean apartment. I receive immediate service if I call about a maintenance issue. Friends and so willing to work with my schedule. Can not thank them enough.

This was one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I’m terribly upset that my job has required me to move to a different state. This was I place I could call home!! I am super thankful for Jake and Kate! They seem to have a vision for not only their properties, but Watertown as a community. They see more potential in Watertown than our local leaders and are actively being the change that they wish to see, because the success of our local businesses start with the landlord and the environment in which they exist. They are single-handedly creating an environment that I am proud to be a part of. They are always on top of maintenance requests and they even do more than what is expected of them if they feel it would make a positive impact on their tenants. They don’t rent anything that doesn’t meet their expectations, which seem to be comparable to my own. I highly recommend renting from them over any other landlord.
