Arc Advanced Dentistry & Cosmetics

After suffering for many years of severe dental phobia- I decided it was time to conquer my fear. A quick google search for anxiety and dentistry brought me to Dr Jayam’s website. I called the office and the receptionist was so kind, welcoming, and reassuring. She even offered for me to just come into the office to meet the dentist without having to have any type of treatment or exam. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone has been kind. I met Dr Jayam and expected to be scolded due to the state my teeth were in- Instead she reassured me and explained everything so slowly and patiently. I had a root canal done today and it was completely pain free and pleasant! She has been so caring and gentile in my mouth. She listens to my concerns and patiently treats me. I believe that I never had a dental phobia- I just was going to the wrong dentists. I can’t even begin to praise Dr Jayam enough. I am looking forward to my future apts because I know I am on the path to correcting my smile and mouth health.

Dr Jayam is amazing. I needed extensive work to be done that I kept putting off because from experience I knew the pain associated with this type of work. I truly expected later that night was going to be a night from hell. It is now over 72 hours from having that work done, and never did I feel a thing. She is amazing. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Long time patients of Dr. Korn who is no longer in town. In our search for a new dentist , we wanted to find Dr. Korn' Hygienist - LISA - who has to be the BEST hygienist on the planet. After calling just about every dental office in LB - we found LISA!! she now works at ARC advanced dentistry!!!! have not needed any dental work so unable to comment on anything else. We are just delighted that we found Lisa!!!!

The staff is very very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone. I had to have my top wisdom teeth removed and they made the entire process so easy and pleasant.I am definitely going to keep coming here for all my dental needs.

Great service... Got it right the first time

I had and am still having the worst experience from this dentistry office. I went for a tooth extraction and a replacement. I paid $1000 and day of the extraction after being injected with novacain there power went out. I left went home and and didn't want to go through that possible scenario again and called my insurance company to seek out better care. My reimbursement was and has been ignored since dec 8th. I had to file a claim with my bank. Arc dentistry has dodged and dodged my efforts to contact them. It's been a nightmare. I'll never recommend them.
