Under new ownership, absolutely fantastic service. Same day pick up and drop off and the most reasonable prices in town. The folks there are super friendly and professional, as well. Highly recommend!

A little pricey but gets the job done

My recent visit to this laundromat turned out to be an absolute nightmare, leaving me with a strong desire never to return. I came with the intention of washing my car seats, but the experience was so appalling that I felt compelled to share my disappointment with others.

The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, who, unfortunately, exemplified the worst traits of customer service. Not only was he rude and dismissive, but he also seemed to have a penchant for making customers feel unwelcome. As I attempted to explain that I needed my car seats to be placed on the counter for easy reassembly, he blatantly disregarded my request and carelessly dumped the heavy seats on the dirty floor, without any concern for their condition.

To my disbelief, he continued to ignore my pleas, even after I reiterated that I had put money into the machine and, thus, was a legitimate paying customer. His response was nothing short of disrespectful and unprofessional, raising doubts about his ability to run a business. The fact that he mentioned the owner's ethnicity in a derogatory manner further highlights his intolerable behavior and lack of respect for diversity.

Apart from the terrible customer service, the laundromat itself was appalling. The machines were visibly filthy, indicating a clear lack of maintenance and hygiene. To make matters worse, I noticed rodents scurrying about, which is entirely unacceptable for any establishment that deals with cleanliness and hygiene.

The worst part of this unfortunate visit was the owner's behavior towards my car seat. He thought it was acceptable to place it outside on the floor where dogs were known to urinate and defecate. This irresponsible act resulted in my expensive $350 car seat being tainted with filth and foul odors. The level of negligence and disregard for personal property displayed by the owner is shocking and inexcusable.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting this laundromat. The owner's disgraceful attitude, combined with the unsanitary conditions and lack of cleanliness, make it an extremely unappealing and distressing experience for anyone seeking laundry services. My hope is that this establishment either undergoes a complete overhaul or, preferably, ceases to operate altogether. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with this place and the owner's appalling behavior. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more customer-oriented and hygienic laundromat elsewhere.

There you can see when one machine does not work and the other does not work the same and does not say anything the worst that the manager indicates that she only washes with detergent so that she can put elsewhere !!

This place is filthy. It has rodents running around. The owner is a jerk. He is very rude to the customers. Dirty machines he took my 350$ car seat and kept putting it outside like hello I am a paying customer show some respect . Do not come here, i do not recommend this laundromat and I hope it gets shuts down . Owner needs to take a class in customer service

No hot water. This happen twice to me. I felt the doors of three washer and the doors were cold this after I already started my wash the setting was on hot. The ladies working could not fixed the hot water. I felt other washer and they were cold too. Three different times I been to this laundromat and they did not have hot water two times were one week apart

Someone I know lost their ID in a machine and they refuse to open it to give her it back, very unprofessional and probably illegal. According to reviews this place is dirty and the employees are unhelpful ignorant people.
