Store assistant was very helpful. Place is clean.

A bit expensive but I guess it's offset by the cheaper dryers.

Horrible customer service, plus there’s a horrible smell in there, I’ve never been to a laundromat that didn’t smell like clean laundry! they have signs saying they close at 9 but I arrived at 8:10 just to dry my clothes and their door was locked and they said they’re closed smh

BEWARE.
There was always something about this Laundry that kept me far away from it. However about 2 months ago, I decided that this place was so close to my house that I should try it. I've been there about 5 times in the last two months. A machine or a dryer has not worked for me at least 3 of the times.
WEEK 2 - The dryer didn't dry my clothes. Though it was inconvenient to have to re-dry my clothes, the attendant simply credited my money to a new dryer.
WEEK 4 - I loaded a machine, put in the detergent, bleach and fabric softener, and put my coins in. The machine refused to start. The attendant gave me back my $3.75 and placed an 'OUT OF SERVICE' sign on the machine. Again, I didn't like the inconvenience but I felt that I was treated fairly.
WEEK 5 - Today. I loaded all the machines I needed; everything seemed fine. I left for 30 mins and came back to find that the machine containing my towels did not wash them at all. The towels were drenched with soapy water; so very drenched that there were massive water puddles all over the floor as I took them out to transfer them to another machine.
Once the attendant came, I let her know that the machine did not work for me. I showed her the water puddles as proof that the machine did not wash my towels; it simply soaked them . I asked her for my money back. SHE REFUSED, AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT THE OWNER TOLD HER THAT SHE ISN'T SUPPOSED TO DO THAT. Excuse me? Apparently she isn't supposed to give people back their money if the machine does not work. Well trust that I'll be reporting said owner to the town and/or village.

Anyway, here's the conclusion. When you visit Family Laundry II, you don't know which machines and which dryers actually work. Something is always 'Out of Service' and YOU may be the one whose money is caught up in their poor quality machines and dryers. And the owner apparently is against proper customer service. Well I've lost $3.75 today but he's lost future revenue.

Horrible customer service called in to find out that 8:30pm is the closing time. Arrived at 7:30pm was told that it was closed. Also hours of operation are not listed on the Google app!!!!!!!!! On the store bulletin it says in fine print hours of opperation are from 6am - 9pm..
