Orange Hill Restaurant, Newburgh, NY

As a huge fan of Citrus in New Windsor, I’m so excited I finally got a chance to try out her sister restaurant Orange Hill. Everything we had was exceptional. The swordfish was cooked perfectly. Our service was great and the interior has a modern and inviting atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to dine here!

Today Valentine was awesome v they aim to please and that’s what I love beside the food Been here several times and they have not disappointed me I will continue trying all their dishes valentine edition was a wonderful addition ❤🙏great food / drinks great staff

The ambience is terrific here! Very kind staff, decorum spectacular! And the food very pleasing to the pallet! The swordfish was mouth watering good. Do yourself a favor and come here thank you Orange Hill for the experience.

Wow is all I have to say. Delicious cuisine, clean restaurant, great service. The Mango Chicken was Indian inspired & awesome. Pork chop was great for my GF hubby. Vegan options too.

I will definitely come back and I have recommended your restaurant to friends. The food was delicious as well as presented beautifully. The food came out steaming hot (a must for me). Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive.

Orange Hill is elegant but has a downhome feel. The food was amazing! We loved everything we ate. Well, the lobster bisque wasn't to my liking, but it was still made well :)

Fabulous food, a very interesting menu and amazing service. I can't stress that enough. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and beyond professional. Their atmosphere is inviting and elegant. Don't miss their Sunday brunch. Excellently displayed and the variety of food was absolutely wonderful.

Truly the very best brunch in the state of New York!

This place was outstanding. I had seen photos before and thought it was interesting. The atmosphere was easy going. I started with the mushroom bisque and lamb samosas. Well if that's how I was to start my dinner..... The main course I had the duck and my wife ordered mango chicken. For dessert I had blueberry cheesecake, wife had poached pears in a red wine sauce. Wow... I don't know how to put my experience into words. It was amazing. Each bite of food had an array of complementary flavors. You tasted every bite, the pallette did not fatigue and the food did not get boring at all.

Take note, if you want to eat and leave, this is NOT the place. I was there almost 3 hours. The food is cooked fresh, there are 20 minutes between courses, And I loved every minute of that. I'm used to restaurants feeding you as fast as they can and getting you out. This place made me feel like royalty. Google only allows 5 stars, this place is 10/10. I'll be back for Valentine's day dinner.

Open during renovations. Great service and food . Nice atmosphere. Very clean. Awesome bar area. Happy hour at 430. I got cauliflower fritters and the short rib dinner was absolutely perfect. The short rib i highly recommend!

What a GREAT experience in my town. Wow. This place used to be a diner. Well NOT ANYMORE. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. A friend told me about it. My wife and I went on a Friday evening. Abi, our server was great. The food was awesome and delicious. Ambience wonderful. I had Lamb Samosa to start.... delicious. For my main entree Scallops and Shrimp on Risotto. Wow. Wow. Our dinks were delicious and it was overall a great dining experience. Will be going back for sure. By the way the presentation of the food was smooth and exquisite.

The staff were very attentive. Broad menu. Food arrived in a decent time and it was good. Nice ambiance. I would recommend and return again.

Went here with a friend once before and got a simple but delicious tomato soup, so we came back. They were able to seat us 15 minutes to the end of lunch. They have a lunch buffet, but we were able to order from the menu. The menu itself has a lot of variety while keeping everything one page. I ordered the filet mignon sliders, which were cooked perfectly and enchanced by the buttery brioche and fresh crisp lettuce. They came with mildly seasoned french fries and homemade onion rings that were light and crispy, and not oily, as well as fresh cole slaw that was served in a leaf of butter lettuce and wasnt drowned in mayonnaise. Looking forward to coming back again.

The food is really good, very flavorful and a very good variety of choices. It was actually kind of difficult to make a choice, but I will definitely return so that I can try more things. I can't say enough about how delicious the meals were. The service was great, everything was timed perfectly.

Great food and great service in a nice atmosphere. We had filet mignon and rack of lamb entrees. Both delicious and cooked to perfection.
Delicious NE clam chowder and Calamari for appetizer. Homemade desserts too. Extensive menu with lots of choices. Best American Cuisine in the area. Do yourself a favor and go for a great dining experience.

These people know what they’re doing. My compliments to the chef and cooks. On point! Staff is great, very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Thai mussels which were so good. My boyfriend had the scallops and shrimp with risotto, I had the scallops with cauliflower mash. Divine. I feel my dish was so complex in the best way and the flavors played so well together! We also had a side of Brussels with bacon. Had a maple sauce which my boyfriend thought was a little too sweet but I dig it. Eat here, you won’t be disappointed.

These are some good guys that work here. The service is great, the food always tastes really good and the ambience is really nice. Especially by the electric fire place in the back.. I'm always surprised the place isn't more crowded but maybe the location is why, even though it's very easy to get to and always parking right in front... You will not be disappointed.

Clean, sharp look. Friendly, helpful staff. Drink menu had great options... Had the Passion of Bombay (gonna have to start making something like it back home!) The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was awesome. The chocolate and coffee dome was delectable!

I wish I could stay here longer to try more of the menu.

Everytime we go to this restaurant it is AMAZING. The food and the drinks are top notch. The service is amazing. Everyone is so polite and attentive. My absolute favorite thing to get is the Shrimp & Scallops over Risotto 100% worth every penny. My husband and I always say Orange Hill is our go to. Also if you love Moscow Mules you should definitely try their Spiced Mule you will not be disappointed.
