Great bikram (hot) yoga studio located in Long Beach. Friendly staff, welcoming community and great instructors make this studio a great location. Always a great challenge that leaves me feeling incredible and accomplished.

Great Bikram yoga spot!! Frank the owner very friendly and helpful getting me settled in before class. Been a few years since I’ve done bikram and this studio offers a 60 minute class which is the perfect amount of time. Still completed all 26 movements Mora was loud / clear / uptempo. Studio has showers / towel / mats/ plastic bags to use for your post session sweaty items. Def would recommend a session while hitting up some sun and beach time on Long Beach!

I had absolutely no clue what to expect having never done any yoga in my life. This is a fantastic, welcoming and non-judgmental bikram yoga studio. Teachers to owners (who are also teachers) everyone is here together to get healthy its the real deal, fun and healthy! Recommend to anyone, no matter your skill level or balance. Thanks

One of the last true Bikram Yoga schools left in NY and probably in the country. The owners are amazing, the teachers are knowledgeable and encouraging. The space is CLEAN! This community gets back to each other. The students know each other and practice together. Love ❤ 🥰

Hot! Perfect! The Bikram Yoga you know and love. Classes are modified due to covid restrictions. But this can change as state mandates change.
I used a mask and silicon mask skeleton and had a great experience. Marks on floor to aid in social distancing.

Studio is beautiful. Mirrors are clean. Heat has always been consistent. A real zen vibe.

They have water/drinks for sale.
For covid bring your own mat and towel :)

This yoga place is the best on the island they have great costumer service, and my experience with them is exemplary. All the instructors are very helpful, when you come to that place you feel so confident, therefore if anyone is looking for a yoga class I recommend it.🧘‍♀🧘‍♂
