As someone who isn’t car savvy, I’ve always feared being taken advantage of at the mechanic. I’ve had that problem before, but not anymore. I have been taking my and my girlfriend’s cars here for years and have always had a stellar experience.

Austin and Rob answer the phone or greet you at the front desk with a smile and a positive attitude. It sure seems like they love what they do. They perform great work and are very fair with pricing. They are also so good about following up and communicating. I’ve had mechanics who you don’t hear from for days or they just do work without your approval and before even agreeing to a price. Not these guys. I always hear from them just a few hours after I’ve dropped off my car; letting me know what’s going on and asking if I want to move forward.

They are honest, helpful, and provide service with a smile… and they have a nice little waiting room with a comfy couch, Seinfeld playing and sometimes a cute golden retriever, Kenya! I’ll always bring my car here as long as I live in the area. Highly recommended.

I have been using friendly auto and body for years to service my different cars. Everyone who works there are professional accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All jobs are done in a timely fashion and I must say much quicker than others that I used in the past. Today we stoped off to have our under carriage fixed anticipating leaving the car and picking up later. 10
Minutes after pulling in job done and no charge. And the best was getting to play with axel pictured below. Friendly’s name is right on the mark. Go right by any other service station and drive right to friendly

Simply the BEST! Great work, honest guys. I needed a small part which NO parts shop had. Rob searched until he found it online, then charged me $20!
I was so impressed and thankful that I bought pizza for the whole shop.

I've had the pleasure of working with the owner over the last few months and the level of care, knowledge, and experience that Friendly Auto And Body demonstrates is unparalleled. On one of our colder days this winter a teammates needed some brake work done and when the maintenance was finished the owner drove the car to our business and left the keys at the front desk. He said, "it's too cold for someone to have to walk out there tonight." He then put his gloves on as he left to walk back to the shop himself... Wow. What an exceptional demonstration of care. Highly recommend!

These guys are honest and skilled. Within the last month or so, they serviced my GMC Sierra with some dealer warranty nonsense and also did collision repair on my RAV4. Best experience I’ve had, thankful to have mechanics like this in the area.

I got a nail in my tire on my way home from work and pulled in 30 minutes until they closed. They happily took me right in and got me in and out in 15 minutes. They truly live up to the name friendly as everyone there was very kind. I’m happy to use them for future car needs

Friendly auto lives up to their name with top notch service and extremely friendly, approachable staff. They were super easy to deal with and always transparent. My wife and I have used Friendly auto multiple times and highly recommend for anything minor or major with your vehicle. Best in the area

I recently had the opportunity to have Rob of Friendly’s Auto Repair do some work on our vehicle. I made an early morning appointment and dropped the car off. Rob called me a short time later that the work was completed and the is car ready for pickup. Quick, clean, and neat. A good experience, and a recommended shop!

Top notch "Friendly" auto center. I was in Long Beach from out of state when my vehicle broke down. They took me in with "no problem". The locals were there waiting for service and I saw how respectfully they were treated (elders). My car took little time and I was on my way. I appreciate their proffessionalism, respect and kindness. Highly recommend this Autocenter.

Amazing auto body shop! I called because i needed my windshield washer fluid hose fixed and my tires looked at before a long drive and they were so happy to help and accommodate me! They had me come in the next day (i called late the day before) and had my problem resolved the same day i brought my car in! Everyone in the shop was very nice and i am beyond glad i brought my car there. I felt so comfortable. I will definitely be going to Friendlys for all my families future car needs. Such honest, caring, nice guys! Highly recommend!

Rolled up to this auto body shop after a long day of work with a nail in my tire. Austin & the team immediately took my car in & fixed up my tire. The service was everything I could hope for- quick & well done! I was so appreciative that they took my car 20 minutes before close with no problem. I would completely recommend them to anyone, any day! Very friendly staff too. Thanks again, I will be returning if I have any other car troubles in the future. 🙂

Friendly’s is amazing. They truly live up to their name— everyone greets you when you come in (even when it’s your first time). But most importantly, they are honest. They saved us so much money on a spare tire by suggesting that next time we need tires on our Wrangler to just use the best one for the spare in the back (rather than insisting that we buy a new one). They are just genuine, hard-working mechanics. We just moved here (and have used a lot of mechanics over the years in many places), and these guys are the best by far. Thanks so much, you guys— you have new lifetime customers here!

I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone due to the customer service alone. I didn’t have an appointment but panicked last minute because I thought I may seize my trucks engine and they saw me right away. They never once made me feel stupid or like I was an inconvenience, and these things go along way. Thank you again!

Austin is incredible! Super friendly. My jeep convertible roof detached in the middle of my drive home, while it was raining. Stopped by and Austin, very kindly, found the pins, put them in place and got me on my way home without getting rained on. Will definitely be coming back for their services in the future.

Came in for a quick patch on my tire. The mechanic Rob helped me out and was really helpful. Also advising me to get new rear tires. Coming somewhere and getting the guidance like this is real. I highly recommend going there and to Rob !

My husband and I have been using Friendly Auto And Body for years. Austin and Rob rock! They are extremely trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. We recently took our Mercedes Convertible in for what we thought was a trunk and mid console lock malfunction. After examining the car, Rob discovered that a button in the glove compartment was pushed in by mistake rending the trunk and midcosole non-responsive. This was an easy fix this time. When this is the case, Rob and Austin do not charge for their time. This is honerable in our book. We go their for flat tires, inspections, break work, etc.....We do not question their judgement when it comes to fixing our cars. We highly recommend Friendly.

While driving up from MD to spend the long holiday weekend on Long Beach my front tire and under my hood experienced minor damage. I called Friendly Auto & Body and they were able to service my car right away. They were kind, attentive, and extremely professional. They fit me in no questions asked and fixed my front tire issues within a matter of hours. If you are looking for great service I highly recommend them. If I ever encounter an issue again they will be my first call.

Friendly Auto Center lives up to its name! My Suburban broke down opposite Friendly Auto Center. I had two young girls in the car with me. They got my car out of traffic and to safety and wouldn’t accept any money! Thank you Friendly Auto Center!

Took my new (used) car in for a checkup. They guys didn’t rush the car in and out, they took their time, went over the car with a fine toothed comb. Didn’t try to upsell me, just located a couple of issues and let me know what they thought was the best course of action. My old boss and my ex girlfriend had both told me Friendly Auto was reliable and honest and I have to say that they were right. Haven’t had a reliable mechanic in a couple of years and these guys will be my mechanics moving forward. Super nice, honest and reliable. I definitely recommend this shop.
