Amazing food, amazing service. Will definitely be returning. The menu has options galore, take a look at the menu before you come. I couldn’t decide, too many options!

Panino Rustico is one of the best Cafes on the island. The food is fresh, barista inspired coffee, and overall a great establishment. I highly recommend the Burrata and all the pannis are amazing. Staff is very friendly and will offer suggestions! The Truffle fires are to die for....

I usually order to my home. Everyone in my home loves Panino Rustico. I order frequently. Everything is fresh and good my order is always correct. I have also eaten at the restaurant the service is very good. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. Keep up the great work. Everyone needs to try the soups they are delicious.

We’ve had delivery from here but this was our first dine in experience. We were one of the first people to walk in. The waitress was sweet and on point the whole day. Menu is long with lots of similar items with varying proteins. Took us some time to decide. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Overall a diner type concept that has some great staff and great food.

Great atmosphere. Accommodated 15 relatives mid afternoon in between church and wedding reception. Food was fresh and delicious. Cappuccino (added amaretto) was awesome. Service was attentive and quick. This is a must try local eatery!

Absolutely my go to for ordering out! They have something for everyone. My husband loves the P50, I get Broccoli Rabe and caponata, while my 18 yo gets a cheese panino, and my 1 yo loves their pizza!

This is actually my first time ordering a Panini. Absolutely outstanding, I’ve been missing out this entire time.

I ordered the Rocky Balboa which was extremely good, wished it gotten to me sooner so it could be a bit warmer but the Uber driver had an extra stop along the way, understandable. It was so good that I was taking bites between shoot outs in Call of Duty Mobile and I was pretty upset I had finished the Panini so quickly but it did fill me up. Very hefty, flavorful!

I intend to try other types of Panini’s going forward. Will be ordering from here again.

I recently started working in SI and been ordering lunch from here, the salads are sooo good and fresh it’s my go-to spot now! Def have to stop in some time to try it out I’m sure it won’t disappoint!! Thank you

FAST delivery, and the food was... AMAZING. The iced frappe was the best I ever had, the cheesecake cones were to die for, and the paninis were--UNREAL. We definitely will be repeating business here... AMAZING AND A MUST-GO-TO. And this was all take out!! I am looking forward to coming here for dine-in experience. The girls on the phone were all so nice. AMAZING!

Excellent paninis and quick service. I've enjoined several different paninis, and they didn't disappoint. I usually order online, and then when I arrive, the sandwiches are ready. The price point is a bit high, but they do taste delicious.

Really nice place with a lot of good food and nice staff. Huge menu. Fresh.

Ordered from here and had an issue with our delivery. Called and explained the situation and spoke with a girl named Violet. I work in customer service and violet handled the situation very adequately and promptly. She offered multiple solutions to make sure we were satisfied and rectified the situation. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service I received. Because of this I will definitely keep eating at panini rústico! Violet is a great manager to your restaurant! Thank you violet for helping us!

Came on a Wednesday afternoon so not busy. Absolutely delicious food. Paninis are huge so order accordingly. The potato salad and truffle fries were divine!
Our waitress was a gem (sadly forgot to ask her name) so would come back just for the great service.

Sandwich was so fresh and delicious. Ordered chicken with broccoli rabe and mozzarella on toasted panini bread and comes with side of salad topped with fresh pesto sauce. The bread was so fresh and so good I had to buy 1 to go and it was still so good the next day. My friend and I shared the sandwich and finished off the meal with nutella with strawberry and banana crepe. That sealed the deal for me. Also the service was excellent. We didn't have to wait and our waitress was poliet and sweet.
I can't wait for them to open their Bay Ridge location. I'll definitely be there every week.

Oh my this food is amazing. I ordered prosciutto with fresh mozzarella and tomato and basil. The flavors are dancing on my tongue.

I sometimes forget about this little hidden treasure that’s less then 10 minutes away from my house.
