Coddington Guest House

amazing stay!! beautiful touches and lovely view of the lake

I was the driver who brought and stayed with 13 woman who stayed at this property for three nights and four days, located 130 Coddington in Ithaca, New York.
The rooms and house were very nice at first,it seemed.The air conditioners upstairs kepted tripping the breaker.They were in the basement,that's when it was discovered there was a mice problem. The air conditioners downstairs made so much noise, you had to shut them off to sleep.The one coffee pot of two was very dirty,look at the photo,you judge.Picnic tables and deck need to be power washed. Also provided six rolls of toilet paper for 13 woman for fours days. After being charged 4000.00,the last thing you think you would have to do is go buy toilet paper.
