AdvantageCare Physicians - Clove Road Medical Office

I highly commend Asha, the medical professional who took care of my son, even though it was close to closing time on a summer Sunday afternoon. She work quickly and effectively so that my son's treatment could be completed in that single visit. My son and I were the only patients in the place, and Asha gave us the royal treatment. She is intelligent, quick-witted, efficient, full of initiative and a can-do spirit. Asha took the time to explain things to us, and also how my son should take care of his injury--and all this when she should have already left the building! I most highly commend Asha and her fine qualities.

I never write reviews really but I wanted to share my experience, I have been coming here for years with my mother and I must say the Technician in the ophthalmology department Jennifer she is a sufficient and thorough and she deserves the credit of this review. Not only was she knowledgeable and empathetic to my elderly mother who was nervous just to be out of the house but she was quick and affection with understanding and compassion. Jennifer kept me and my mother informed on all the information throughout the entire process. Not only us though I watched her with the other patience and she took her time to do the same. Throughout the whole process I was extremely pleased with the professionalism Jennifer carried and thought it should be recognized. I will be referring everyone I know to this office. The other girls are just as sweet, but again I been here prior and the other technician was very cold my mother picked up on this and was very uncomfortable with coming to the office because of this, both my mother and me were Very unhappy with with my mothers treatment with the old gal she had no bedside manner. I won't have came back if my mother didn't love the Doctor, who is very good and knowledgeable with all our ophthalmology needs. I’m just happy we now have a wonderful caring compassionate technician to go along with that amazing doctors.

I had to write about my visit because I have never had a good experience with eye doctors, until today. Absolute 10/10

I had an eye exam today with Dr Ankola. He was extremely professional, polite, informative, patient, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my well-being. He was very thorough and ensured I understood my scan results and exactly what to do about them. The brunette woman who helped me with the scans prior to the doctor (I didn't get her name) was quick, efficient, professional, and kind.

I truly appreciate being treated well while I am in need of healthcare. It's hard to find good doctors. If you are looking for an excellent eye doctor, I highly recommend Dr Ankola.

I have been having doubts with my primary care provider and wanted another opinion on an issue I was having. I made an appointment at Advantage Care Physicians and saw nurse practitioner Michael Castano who was able to give me a diagnoses immediately. I was so impressed with Michael’s care as a patient who had never seen him before. He treated me like a family member. He was professional, explained everything in great detail, and made me feel comfortable.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with these doctors. Yes the wait is long, but that is what you get when you go to a doctors office. Pediatrics is good and informative and the urgent care comes in handy!!! I love that you can see a PCP and specialist in the same building on the same day if need be. They also have a lab and radio imaging on site.

Since I've lived on Staten Island I've had the pleasure of having Advantage Care available! Great pediatrician...caring primary care physicians. Most of the specialist are really about the health and wellness of their clients/patient. It's very convenient. The lab is in house. Radiology is in house. They even had a pharmacy at one time! Coming from a larger borough I've had the great displeasure of waiting hours to be seen when I've had a appointment. Not at any of the ACP location! Clove Road is like family now.

Been going to this doctors office all my life. Compared to some of the other clinics on staten island this is definitely one of the best, ofcourse they have days where it is crowded and you may have a longer wait ! it all depends on the day. My son has the same pediatrician i had my kids go here to. Pediatrics has very friendly nurses....shocked at the bad reviews !AND ITS CLEAN!

Dr. Albano has been family doctor for a decade, I wouldn't stay with her for over a decade if I wasn't happy. I am very happy with this facility and specifically with Dr.Abhirami Vivekanandarajah, she is an amazing, caring and persistent doctor, Dr. Abhirami Vivekanandarajah saved my life, period and I am not exaggerating, even a little, she really saved my life from a horrible decease.

Love this place. My daughter has a beautiful relationship with her pediatrician, I can call her anytime. The urgent care is quick, in and out in an hour to hour and a half. My mom, daughter and I go there, we love the doctors and care.

My first time visiting this office. Clean, covid protocols in place, friendly staff all through..except the doctor whom I visited for the first the me. Too rushed, hardly spent 5 minutes with me, is rude, could do with better bedside manners..I will recommend this clinic, not the doctor.

Wonderful experience at this location. We were welcomed and helped all throughout the process especially by this one woman working at the front desk of Urgent Care by the name of Cynthia. Brother came in with a possible sprain and walked out with a smile. 5/5. Thank you Advantage Care and thank you Cynthia.

I don't know why every review about this place is a 1 star but I went there for the 1st time the other day and I was seen in 15 minutes. ....they were genuinely concerned about my health and asked me so many questions to help figure out what was wrong with me. I hardly ever write a review about a place so listen people....everyplace has moments where they get busy and yes even in the health field doctors get tired, but I'm going there everytime from now on! Even if I have to wait. They have free Wi-Fi. They care. Free Wi-Fi. No copay. Nuff Said!

Poison Ivy - Walk in and out within 20 mins - Staff was friendly. I think people try to compare this place (and the like) to a primary care physician. They are a quick fix, not for those seeking loving tender conversations with the PCP.

Great staff, got all the work I needed done on the same day after setting up two appointments on same day which made things really convenient. I got my xrays done and scripts sent out.

Dr. Habib in PODIATRY is magnificent. He treated a bone infection from a previous dpm's mistake. He removed hardware and cleaned out the bone infection. I had to go to short term rehabilitation but it WAS worth it. The previous doctor WANTED TO AMPUTATE THE TOE. Dr. HABIB IS EXCELLENT AND I RECOMMENDED HIM TO 2 OF MY FRIENDS .

The facility is clean, all the specialty doctors in one location. I can make all my appointments there. All the staffs are great and friendly.

My primary physician is at the Annadale center, but all my other doctors are at Clove Rd....oncologist, dermatologist, ob-gyn, ophthalmologist, gastroenterologist...all are exceptional!!

I am treated respectfully and I never wait longer than 20 minutes. The staff is very busy and always helpful and courteous.

Dr Khalid was best dr ever we met staff was professional and friendly 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
