this is my second time at this laundromat and my last. this place is so dirty and machines are dirty and they malfunction. i don’t know how people can still be in business and it’s so dirty like this. like is this where we come to CLEAN our stuff ? never again

Picked up laudry and all of the whites had dirty spot rings on all sheets, towels, and blankets. Called when I got home and customer service was terrible. Went back the next morning and showed the manager the spots, accepted no responsibility for dirty laundry and immediatley stated they didn't cause it. I showed her all of the other laundry with the same dirty spots on them and asked. How come they all look like that? Again, no apology. Stated she would re wash, but not responsible. I said, you folded my laudry. You would have seen how dirty each item was. You could have re-washed them prior to picking up. Don't waste your time going there. I would'nt be a returning customer. Horrible!!!!
