Arties Collision II

I've been here twice with 2 different cars and both times they came out looking like they just came off of the showroom floor. The level of craftsmanship is unparalleled. They handled everything from dealing with the insurance companies to getting and returning a rental. I am about 40 mins away from this shop, and there are probably 100 body shops between us, but I will never go elsewhere. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while.

Over the summer someone hit my car in the parking lot of a McDonald's . I was very upset since I was in the process of buying another car and trading this one in so I take my volkswagen to artie to get an estimate, I explained to Ed my situation that I am in the process of trading in my car and i didnt want to lose any value on the trade in, he tells me not to worry about it and to bring it back next day in the morning.

Next day I dropped it off early in the morning and in the afternoon I get a phone call that my car is ready. Ed walked me through all the work they did like touching up the paint and black trim, cleaned off the red paint from the car that hit me and washed my car. When I asked Ed how much do owe he said nothing not to worry about it! Ed you now have a customer for life! Thank you so much for the kindness. I hope to never have to use a bodyshop, but if I do I am going to Arties.

Arties is GREAT! They were incredibly amazing with helping me deal with my insurance company after an accident. They were timely, professional and kept me up to date. Highly recommend!

The best!!! Every shop does not have an oven.

Awesome work, looks brand new. Very friendly and honest. Had my car smacked into while parked outside. Went to Arties' and they took care of everything else for me. Would recommend to anyone who needs body work and if God forbid, another accident occurs, I would 100% use them.
