Just an amazing staff from Pharmacist to the delivery driver The ladies at the register all sweethearts. Never had bad experience in their presence. Been a customer since the location opened. Thank you all ...just wish with my schedule this location was opened for either just deliveries or called in meds on Sunday for at least 2 or 3 hours. Recommend that anyone uses this Pharmacy just amazing

I got both vaccine doses from here, didn’t even feel the doctor giving me the shot. This Pharmacy is amazing! Great staff, they explain to you everything that’s happening. They also have a ton of supplies that are useful for you and loved ones.

Health Aid Pharmacy II on Richmond road, the workers here are wonderful, helpful, and caring. They do deliver. However, this time we were inside the pharmacy.
They looked up what we were able to get with our coverage and helped us out. My mom has also been coming in here for years. When we couldn’t go out due to Covid and restrictions, they delivered not only our meds but other necessities as well that they sell like soaps, Lysol, and things like that, which were needed.
We received the Covid 19 booster and the flu shots there on October 19, 2022. The staff at the pharmacy is very kind. They listen and help. They had the covid boosters and asked us which one we wanted as there was a choice of the companies behind the booster shots. They also had flu shots.
I also do like the size varieties of their products which are on their shelves and the prices are reasonable.

One of the best pharmacies I've ever been to. Everyone here is extremely kind and thoughtful. I don't know anyone here personally, but they have made me feel comfortable and helped me whenever I needed it. I am super grateful for their hard work, selfless acts of kindness, and their warm energies!

This place is so amazing. Especially Irene! I had a prescription for an electric scooter and it's usually hard to get approval through insurance. But Irene did what she had to do to get my scooter approved. It is hard for me to walk on a daily basis because of my hip and diabetes. So it is always sad for me when I have to cancel plans with family and friends because I can not walk. She was so awesome in getting me my scooter. I was so emotional when she called me to tell me I was approved. Thank you Health Aide 2 Pharmacy for your help. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.. God bless!

BEST PHARMACY ON STATEN ISLAND HANDS DOWN!!! I can't say enough about the staff. They help me get my medication every month with compassion and kindness. All the staff go above and beyond. I was going to CVS prior to moving my medication here. I was just a number at CVS. They never cared or answered the phone when you need help. This pharmacy not only answers your call they answer it with courtesy and compassion. They will also deliver your medications for free! What more can you ask for.

It was such a great experience having met a very nice pharmacist.
I felt so comfortable in vaccinating me.
I appreciate the kind and warm support from this place.

I have been going here since they opened the service in the store is impeccable the absolute best store and the delivery drivers cannot say enough about timely never ever a mistake i would never shop at a big name pharmacy after the service you get here wish I could give them 20 stars

I received my Covid-19 vaccines at this pharmacy and I’m very grateful for their kindness. They provided great service with friendly and professional staff.

This is one of the most super convenient for this pharmacy because when Dr. McCarthy prescribe for the pain I go to this pharmacy across the street to get my allergy pills, nose sprays, and my pain reliever. They took really care of me in this pharmacy. Sometimes if they don’t have my prescription they order it just for me until I get the stuff that I need.

Free delivery was the option that made me choose this place. But if there is a problem with your prescription, the pharmacy takes care of it. Helpful staff

Thanks so much for helping me today, I experienced a very bad reaction to a tropical fruit and my face was so bad. I called Health Aid Pharmacy and they immediately sent over the medication I need to help me with my problem. Thanks again you guys are the best.

Not my normal pharmacy but when i needed something hard to find they had it. It was waiting for me at the counter so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
