I have gotten home delivery over this past year. Excellent service. If ever there was a mistake they fixed it within the same day.

Every one there is great. I'm usually very stressed out when I have to pick up my medication and they are always patient with me,
I know I can be annoying with all the questions I always have, so I really appreciate their time and kindness .

If there was an option to give this pharmacy a 10 star 🌟 I absolutely would without hesitation! I was on a run for a specific medication with a severe skin condition, and this was the only pharmacy that had this drug that was recommended to me by my dermatologist! Once I came to the pharmacy I was right away greeted by the employees with fast and outstanding customer service! Nicky the Pharmacist is very knowledgeable, explained everything I needed to know about my medicine! I was in and out within 20min!

Highly recommend this pharmacy! The whole staff goes above and beyond to accommodate all your needs! Before coming to Staten Island pharmacy I was a patient at CVS pharmacy and let me tell you it’s the BEST change I’ve made! The service there is top notch, they provide delivery twice per day, the pharmacist is very helpful and very knowledgeable! No wait time for medications always have everything in stock including vaccines! My family And I got all of our vaccines at this location! Couldn’t be any happier! Thank you for your impeccable service!!

Excellent customer service! A script I had was supposedly on back order, according to RiteAid. After about a month and still no script, I contacted SI Pharmacy and they filled it within 2 days. They were very helpful 😊

I was working AT the pharmacy not FOR them for 2 days (10 hours each day) and got an inside look at how this pharmacy really cares about each and every customer that walks into the store.
EVERYONE was treated with genuine care and concern.

They will go out of their way to offer the best prices for your meds and deliver as well.

I have to say, I am incredibly grateful and blessed to have Staten Island Pharmacy as my Pharmacy. They are truly amazing and beyond helpful! They even deliver. They make everything so easy and pleasant for myself and other patients. They always are up to date with all the new ways of getting your medications or etc.. They are so good with letting you know when your medications have electronically went through the system and will provide you with a link that you can set to pick up and a time; & again, if you would need it delivered, they will deliver. They are beyond a blessing in my life. Thank you, Staten Island pharmacy for being so helpful and always accommodating me in the best ways, always.

The staff here is phenomenal… my medication is on back order everywhere and they were able to get it for me and dealt with my impossibly insurance company to get it approved for them to give it to me since they are out of network.. They actually give a grasp about their customers!

This pharmacy actually cares about there customers !They go above and beyond to make sure your prescriptions get approved. If i forget to pickup any prescriptions there delivered to my house without even asking . Always friendly i wouldn’t go anywhere else i trust them very much i would send everyone there ❤❤❤❤❤

Great customer service! TONY went out of his way to navigate thru my insurance to get me approved for my medication....they do it all...contact your drs offices...I am happy i found this pharmacy.I have refered others to them and they all say they will never go back to the big chain impersonal pharmacies.

Love this pharmacy. The staff is efficient, courteous & friendly. Having been using _ _ _ Pharmacy for 20 years, I had forgotten what it was like to really be cared for & treated as a person, not a #. Staten Island Pharmacy has renewed my faith in “customer service” because they actually provide it in a most cheerful manner. You call _ _ _ Pharmacy, you wait 10 minutes just dealing with the automated menu & then another 10 minutes on hold waiting to speak with someone. You call Staten Island Pharmacy & you will never hear more than 3 rings, a friendly voice will answer, help you & you’ll be off the phone in 2 minutes. They will spend longer with you if you need it though. They don’t rush you in the 2 minutes, they’re just that efficient & helpful. I’m so glad my neurologists office put me wise to them. They’re truly the best!

My parents and I have been going to this pharmacy since we moved here about four years ago. They have always been super friendly, helpful and dependable. Our prescriptions are always ready on time and they are always ready and eager to help in anyway that they can. Best pharmacy! Rather deal with them than CVS. It is nice to have a local pharmacy that is so helpful!

This pharmacy is wonderful. I just started using them and I must say that Elena is the most caring and thorough pharmacist I have ever used. She listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. Their delivery is fast and a courteous driver. I highly recommend them !!
