I went to the er here.. 1st time I have ever been here & the place is beautiful! The staff is great and actual show u medical attention.. they didn't just try to throw u out the door for ur family dr to see u the next day! Would def recommend and come back!!!

Brought my husband in with some heart issues and FMC staff was amazing! From the time we walked into the er to the time we left, everyone was on top of the situation and taking care of him. We could not ask for better care.😊

It’s been three yrs since my triple bypass and all the other things they repaired. These are by none the VERY BEST in their field and the Nursing is top notch. They are so kind and caring,not only to the patient but also to family members. Loved my experience there.

I had to go into the ER and be admitted for a DVT and PE. I wanted to write this review to say that ALL of the nurses and doctors were very nice and kind that assisted me. I also wanted to say that Ethan and Erica from the 3rd floor were the BEST! They were very engaging, caring and knowledgeable and made my stay much easier. Thank you so much!!

We drive 2.5 hours to deliver our babies here. Care is always top and they really make you feel like their friends. Absolutely love the maternity ward.

I chose FMC for my breast cancer treatment (stage 3 TNBC). My oncologists, chemo and radiation nurses, the nurse navigator, and all the nurses and surgery staff have been wonderful! They have been informative, took their time with answering my many questions, showed empathy, and have even been a pleasure to chat with during my long chemo infusions. I know local hospitals don't always get the best rep for something as large as cancer treatment, but I have really been pleased with my choice to go to FMC!

Was here for a cardiac ablation procedure yesterday. From the time I walked through the doors to the time I walked out the doors 8 hours later, I was treated with care, kindness and professionalism. I was extremely nervous going into this procedure but was at ease the minute I was taken back for pre op. This goes for check in, pre op, op and post op. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else but here in the future. A+++ experience!!

My review is regarding the service I received in billing today. There had been a large billing error made on my account, resulting in a big negative impact to me. I called Fairfield Medical Center billing to resolve. I called FMC billing and had the pleasure of speaking to Julie, who is the newly promoted Director. Though they had had phone issues and she described that she was handling everything manually herself, she provided excellent service, showing care and compassion for my issue as if it was her own, she gave me peace of mind instantly, knowing that it would be resolved, she set an expectation for her follow up plan with me and spoke to me in a way that you don’t expect when calling the billing department of the hospital, she was very warm, friendly down to earth and helpful. Julie is the bomb!!! Her kindness and prompt resolution made up for the error that had been made.

My son was no older than 2 years old when we found out he had Cat Scratch Fever. Our family doctor suggested we get him to the hospital immediately. The surgeon was very nice and he got down to business right away on what was going to need to be done.

He tried to do what he could in the office procedure but we had no success. so the only other thing to do was schedule the surgery.
The down fall was two days away and my son had a very high fever.

The surgeon called twice over the weekend checking on my son which made me feel like he cared there was a very settling feeling that I trusted this man to cut on my baby boy and do the right things for him.

The surgery day was here got to the hospital and the surgeon greeted us. They took my son and said he will be back out here in 10minutes that it was a quick surgery.

8 minutes later the surgeon came and got me as I sat with my son while he was getting back awake. From the medication wearing off. The surgeon was awesome and the nurses to and all involved were outstanding!

My son is happy and healthy he is a Senior this year that has an awesomely bright future ahead of him with football and track this next year.

Great place for care and to work! EVS team is amazing and so are the managers! Would highly recommend all around!

Jaidee C. RN Was amazing I was very stressed out coming in and she assured me everything would be just fine and took great care of me as well as doctor Dominguez. The financial team on the other hand was not very helpful and very short with me also when I wanted to ask questions they sent me to a helpline instead of trying to help me.

My mom was taken to the emergency room on July 6th. She was admitted into to the Progressive Care Unit on the 7th and was released to Pickering House on the 12th. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care she was given. Everyone from Dr Pope down to the housekeeping staff continued to ask me if there was anything they could get us. Dr Pope was able to make my 93 year old mother very comfortable. He always made sure he talked to her. Most doctors talk to us instead of her. Thanks to Dr Pope and everyone in the PCU Unit.

I delivered our beautiful daughter here at labor and delivery on 01/09/2020 i have never been at a more helpful resourceful quick acting army of very kind and encouraging medical team. Your very own nurse delivered my baby as the doctor couldn't make it on time because she came so fast. Every nurse and medical team member was on their toes and I felt like home every step of the way. Don't think enough words can explain how great and home like maternity is here again thank you!.

The maternity unit was so amazing to us! I delivered my son on 6/17 & Laura was the best delivery nurse !! She got me in quickly & started my induction & walked me through everything! Some of the other fascinating nurses were Tracey, Sally, & Lisa!! Tiffany the caseworker was such a positive person && They all took such good care of all of us while we stayed!! But everyone we came in contact with was professional & friendly! Definitely recommend them for a maternity unit! Thank you ladies soo much!

Quality healthcare is hard to find these days. I want to thank Dr Johnson, the surgeon who took care of me and now I’m feeling like a million bucks. I had been having trouble finding someone at any healthcare facility to help me with my health issue I had been having for a couple years. Finally Dr Johnson took me serious right from the beginning and helped. If you live anywhere in the area choose Fairfield Medical Center. Take it from me. Ive been to other places close by and you would be well advised to avoid them.

I had my first baby here 2 months ago and I wish there were more stars to give. Every single nurse, whether they were new or not, was on top of everything and we’re so kind and so knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in having my first child. I would have felt fully confident in the nurses here to have delivered my baby if my doctor couldn’t have made it in time. Amazing people. Carla and Ronnie are absolute God sends, so experienced and I accredit my success in breastfeeding to them!! Thank you so much FMC!!

My husband just recently had his gallbladder removed after going to ER. He had to stay a couple nights. All the staff was awesome and very kind.
Dr Hasl was awesome with us both. Kind and thorough. He explained everything and seemed to really care about my husband and the family. Great bed side manners from everyone.

I am only giving a five star for the maternity ward I love everyone up there. As for the Er I will give them a 3 for along time that was my favorite emergency facility it was always quick and effective they were very nice and always figured out what was wrong with others didn't. Now several years later it has all went down hill I had my newborn son in there with a fever of 104.3 they checked his temp and sent us to the waiting room for 4 hours not once did anyone retake his temp finally they took us to a room again not checking his temp 2 hours later I got fed up and went out to the nurses station that was right beside our room and tried to get the female nurses attention to see how much longer she completely ignored me then a male Dr walked up to her and she was flirting with him right in front of me so I stood there and continued to try to get there attention and the Dr looked at me finally I said how long will we be waiting its already been 6 hours he turned around and started talking again I went in the room grabbed my very hot baby and took him an hour drive to another hospital never again will I go there unless im having a baby

From the time I walked in the build until the time I left my experience was GREAT! I had a planned surgery and stayed one night. The whole staff was friendly and went above and beyond. I couldn't thank them enough for all they did to help me feel comfortable while I was healing.
