Dr Jessica Wesaw was kind and took her time with my 93 yr old mother. She explained everything well and managed our expectations. It was a good experience.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Audiologist took her time and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend to anyone with hearing issues. I have put off going for 30 years and she did not shame me. She just went right to work and took care of me. I’m looking forward too and excited to get hearing aids. Thank you!

Very accommodating and friendly, these girls were so quick to work me in for an emergency two days in a row, thank you so much!! I saw some bad reviews about Avada and almost didnt go there. I am so glad I did! Both young ladies were so nice and knowledgeable. They took the time and made sure that everything was done correctly. I highly recommend this place.

The office was nice and I was treated very nice. Mr.Steve Campbell was extremely helpful and understanding as to my current situation.

This my second fitting of oticon hearing aids. The audiologist Deema is very good at fitting me with the oticon Siya 2 minirite and the follow up needed to help me get the most out of my new hearing aids.Lancaster office is a terrific place for Hearing Aids
July 6 2022 update. The Lancaster iffice is still an outstanding place to have your hearing problems solved . The only problem is that it is only open on Tuesday and Thursday. They work hard and I hope they get the staffing completed so they are open 5 days a week.

The doctor who tested me was great. She explained everything to me and answered my questions. She was professional and very pleasant to speak with.
